1. Preheat the oven to 190 de rees C. Cook the pasta in a lar e saucepan of boilin water for 1012 minutes or
accordin to the packet instructions, until tender. Trim the broccoli into small orets and slice the stalks. Add
all the broccoli and the leeks to the pasta for the last 5 minutes or so of cookin .
2. When just tender, drain well, reservin about 1 cup (250ml) of the cookin water. Tip the pasta and Easy Kids Dinner
