2. Positive Material Identification test 100% shall be performed for Stainless Steel and Alloy Steel pressurized part of Spring
3. Radiographic Test 100% for Groove/ Buttweld and Penetrant Test 100% for Fillet Weld.
4. Load Test 100% shall be applied.
5. Dimension of L prepare by Purchaser and shall be conformed by Vendor.
6. Material for body, plate, spring, nut, rod and other accessories proposed by Vendor subject to Purchaser's approval.
7. Clamp material shall be similar or equivalen with pipe material.
8. In case horizontal movement more than 5 mm at the spring support, vendor should be provided teflon sheet.
9. Scale unit of travel indication shall be in mm.
10. Name plate shall be SS material.
11. Painting for Spring Support shall be refer to BAP-00-65-GS-0001-R.
