Your Asset Overview shows your total assets split by portfolio, and in your reference
currency.

The overview offers the possibility to sort the portfolios with various criteria by clicking
on the little arrows next to the column labels.

between your portfolios.

If you want to see further details of the respective position just click on the instrument

This will guide you to a separate page (see small image) Position Detail where you can view
further details such as sector, rating, ISIN and accrued interest.

The buttons with + and - to the right of the screen will take you immediately to the Stock
Exchange section to do buy or sell transactions on the selected position.

Should you have questions related to one transaction, you can access more detailed informa-
tion by clicking on the transaction text in the Description column.

Please remember that the information displayed shows the status based on the previous end
of business day.

29
STOCK EXCHANGE - GENERAL

In the Stock Exchange section you have the possibility to buy and sell securities. All products
with a security number, such as Stocks, Bonds, Funds or Structured Products can be traded
through the E-banking. Some product types such as currencies/FX, commodities, money
market/fiduciary placements and other OTC products cannot be traded via the E-banking.
For such products, please contact your relationship manager.
The products you can trade via E-banking might be restricted by your Risk Profile, which
you have defined together with your relationship manager. I.e. you might not be able to
buy structured products.
The execution of products is near real time. However, please note that due to lot size,
matching or other a delay might occur. On page 40 you will find the overview of where
you can monitor the trading status.
To initiate Stock Exchange orders you have two possibilities.
Either click on the separate navigation Buy if you want to acquire a security which you
have not yet in your portfolio; or click on the navigation Buy/Sell to do a transaction
on positions that you already have. The Buy/Sell will take you to the overview page, on
which you can select the specific position; click on the + or to proceed.

31
STOCK EXCHANGE HOW TO BUY A NEW TITLE

If you choose to enter a buy order for a product that you do not have in your portfolio, you
will need to search for the product before proceeding to the order entry.

You can search for a product using e.g.. Symbol or ISIN.

If you are not sure about the name of the product add a % sign before and/or after the
information you search for e.g. %AB%
This will bring you a list of products matching your search criteria.

Would you wish to search for a product which is not yet available at the Bank, it will not
appear in the search. For such products we kindly ask you to contact your relationship
manager to place the trade.

Once you have selected the Title you want to Buy or Sell by using the Buy function (as
described in this section) or the Buy/Sell function from your portfolio (see previous page)
you will arrive to a detailed transaction page. This is described on the next page.

33
STOCK EXCHANGE TRANSACTION DETAILS

Once you have selected a position that you want to sell, for instance, you will be taken to
this page.
The known information such as title and smallest denomination will be automatically dis-
played. The rate or latest price shown is the price per end of day the previous business day
(informative). The transaction will be executed on the market selected with the applicable
rates (e.g. current market rate or limit)

Select the portfolio and settlement account in the upper section of the page. (If you choose
a settlement account in a different currency than the security, an implicit currency exchange
will be made.)

Then complete the necessary information such as Quantity and Type of execution Market
price or Limit.
If you do not enter a validity date the order will be valid for a month as a standard.

Once you have completed the information click Next to proceed or Back to go back to
the overview.

35
STOCK EXCHANGE CONFIRM TRANSACTION

By clicking Next you will be taken to this page where the details of your order are once
again displayed.

We recommend you to make it a habit to always control the information.

Once you have completed the controlling click Execute to send the order to the Bank for
execution.
Or click Back if you want to adjust your order.

Please be aware that the deadline for same day execution of trades is according to the
respective stock markets close and the Banks regular cut-off times.

37
STOCK EXCHANGE STATUS MONITORING

Once you have selected Execute, a new section will appear at the bottom of the page.

It will show you the status of the order you just entered in the Order Book.

All orders will be traded with the current market prices. (This might cause discrepancies
between the stated rate on the order and the execution price.)

To see the details of the title you can click on the description under the Title.

Also here you can select pdf to export the information.

You can also click on the Order Book button. This will then navigate you to the Order Book
where you can see the status of all the orders that you have placed. (You can also access
the Order Book by using the navigation Order book on the left of the page)

If you want to make additional orders you can click New order or click on the navigation
to the left.

39
STOCK EXCHANGE STATUS MONITORING

In the Order book you can view and sort all your orders based on portfolio and dates.
Select or enter the information that you wish to see, then click Update.

The order book will offer you to see the status of all your orders until they are fully com-
pleted and booked to your portfolios.

The Status will range from Entered to Executed.

Should the order show the status Rejected this can be caused e.g. by non-compliance with
your risk profile or if the order exceeds your limits. In such cases we recommend that you
contact your relationship manager to follow up on the trade and to give you direct support.

In general the same rules apply for the E-banking as for the general interaction with the
Bank (cut-off times and fees)

59
E-BANKING SECURITY

For your security we would like to inform you about some precautions which are of general
relevance when using your personal computer and internet:

Always have an anti-virus, anti-spyware and firewall software installed on your personal
computers in particular if you use the internet (e.g. via broadband connections, digital
subscriber lines or cable modems). Ensure to update these protective products regularly.

Remember not to install software or run programs of unknown origin, and to make regular
back-ups of critical data. You might want to consider to use encryption technology for highly
sensitive data.

It is recommended to always log off any online sessions and to turn off the computer when
not in use. Also the removal of file and printer sharing should be ensured when you are not
using the internet and/or actively want to use such functions.

Please ensure to be generally careful when receiving or providing information over the
internet e.g. do not open email attachments from strangers, delete junk or chain mails
unread; do not disclose any personal, financial or credit card information to little-known
or suspect requesters or websites.
In addition to the general security precautions for internet usage we would like to raise your
attention to some important points when using E-banking:

Please remember that the use of public or internet caf computers to access online banking
might not be safe (see previous page). Therefore, we do not support to access E-banking
neither via such public computers nor from any other computer or device which cannot be
trusted.

User-IDs (Contract numbers) and PINs (password codes) are the key to your sensitive infor-
mation, therefore it is important to protect them carefully. Some key points to remember:
Keep the User-ID and PIN confidential. Do not divulge them to anyone, but memorize them
and do not recorded them anywhere.
Define your PIN according to the directions in the E-banking: 8-12 characters with at least
one number or special character, and at least one character case-sensitive.
Remember not to base your User-ID or PIN on personal telephone number, birthday, other
personal information or other user-ids. Also do not use the same for different websites,
applications or services, particularly when they relate to different entities.
Change your PIN regularly.

61
E-BANKING SECURITY

The best way to access E-banking is to use the link on the Falcon Private Bank website:
www.falconpb.com and select E-banking. Always control that the URL (web-address)
is changed from http:// to https:// once you have selected the link and that the security
symbol (a green lock to the left of the address (Firefox), a lock to the right of the address
(Explorer)) appears next to the address. This is the sign that the connection is properly
encrypted.

Do not select the browser option to store or retain the link, User-ID or PIN, and please
remember to do a comparison of the URL and the Falcon Private Bank name. Do not
register the link anywhere.

As you will use your mobile telephone to receive the SMS-tokens (one-time-password
which are specific to your session), please ensure to protect your telephone and immedi-
ately block your e-banking account should you loose your telephone. The easiest way to
do this is to call your relationship manager during office hours, or to repetitively attempt
to log-into e-banking with the wrong PIN during non-business hours. (Normally, when
locking the account the best way is to use the function within the e-banking.)
Never access the e-banking using a link that has been provided to you in an e-mail. The
Bank will never provide you the e-banking link in an e-mail nor will it allow or request
your to open an e-banking account online.

Also never provide your identification data contract number, password or mobile
code(s) per e-mail to anyone. The Bank will never request you to do so.

If you forget your identification data (Contract number, password or any other individual
specific information) and need new ones, please bear in mind that if your relationship
manager cannot properly identify you by phone (as according to the banks standards
for identification of clients), you might be requested to provide your request in written
form and the access data will be provided to you to the originally defined postal address.
This procedure would apply to cases where the identity cannot be fully determined and
to prevent fraudulent actions.

Please contact the bank if you have any doubts about authenticity or suspect that you
have been subject to an external advance.
