Description: Cargos loading by ship cranes and transportation from loading port to discharging port.
GENERAL CAUTION
All operations taking place inside port areas have a high risk of causing injuries. (Especially for persons who are not trained professionals)

Due to the nature of port operations, assorted cargo items are constantly being moved around the port areas often at high speeds increasing the risk of injuries to
those who are not trained in working or moving inside a port area.

If you are unfamiliar (not a trained professional) with Port Operations in general you must always be escorted by a professional who know his way.

Please closely evaluate the necessity and the advantage of inviting customers to a port area before extending the invitation to these clients.

When the decision to take clients into a port area has been made, the best time for the visit and areas of interest should be determined prior to the visit. Such a
visit should always be accompanied by a person who has experience in moving around the port area.

The BBC HSE requirements together with the project HSE plan (if any) and the HSE requirements of the Port and vessel must always be followed.

Never enter a Port area without prober PPE meaning: Helmet Safety shoes High visibility clothing as a minimum.
