Planning and execution of preventive maintenance including 1k, 4k and 12k
schedule maintenance of diesel engines. Hands-on participation in scheduled and
breakdown maintenance activities of Wrtsil Diesel Engines.
Maintenance of power plant auxiliaries including oil purification (centrifugal separators) and water
treatment (RO) units, Waste Heat Recovery Boilers (water tube boilers), auxiliary fire tube boilers and
cooling systems.
Maintenance and overhauling of pumps and compressors.
Supervise all maintenance activities according to procedures.

Design and Fabrication of Mobile Floor Hydraulic Crane (FYP).
The objective of this project is to designs the Mobile Floor Hydraulic Crane that lift a load up to 500
kg and manually operated.
Complete CAD Model of Hydraulic Crane was developed using Solidworks and results were
verified by ANSYS software.
