Dear Sir:

We regret to report to you that Camp Samal Resort, Training Center and Leisure Park, which
serves as one of our pride of Tumauini, was not spared by the devastating typhoon Juan that hit our
locality yesterday. Almost all of the facilities in said area, which include the training center, resort grand
arena, music bar and the like, were badly damaged by the typhoon.

With our desire to rebuild our beloved Camp Samal, which also serves as the provincial
headquarters of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines, may we express our request for your financial
assistance in the repair of the different structure in said place. We shall be very grateful if you could
provide PhP 2 Million to
