TELECOM is an annual national scientific-technical conference
with foreign participation covering a wide range of issues in the
area of state-of-the-art communication systems and networks
from the latest innovations and technical achievements to their
successful practical implementation. The aim of the Conference
is to create conditions, opportunities, and help the experts and
specialists in different telecommunication fields to exchange
ideas, knowledge and technical expertise. The discussions will
contribute to the creation of new ideas and trends in the
