3. A pre- bid meeting will be held on 25.08.2017 at 11.30 hours in the Office of the
Superintending Engineer, National Highways, Chennai Circle Door No.206/N,
Jawaharlal Nehru Salai, Jai Nagar, Arumbakkam, Chennai 600 106.

4. Bid Opening at 15.00 hrs on 18.09.2017 in the office of the Superintending Engineer
(NH), Chennai 106 in the presence of bidders/ who participated in the tender.

5. The original financial instruments such as Cost of Bidding document, Bid Security shall
be received by the Chief Engineer (NH), Chennai-25, the Chief Engineer (P7),
MORT&H, New Delhi, the Superintending Engineer, National Highways, Chennai-106,
the Regional Officer, MORT&H, Chennai-90, and Divisional Engineer (NH), Vellore,
on or before 11.00 Hrs on 15.09.2017, failing which the bid shall be summarily
rejected. All other original/ attested document shall also be received by the above
officers within 11.00 hrs on 15.09.2017.

6. The bidders must possess Digital Signature Certificate of Class II or III for submission
of bids through online in the above website.
