1. Aorta
Aorta is the largest artery in the body. It's at the top of the heart. The aortic function is to carry
oxygenated blood from the left ventricle to the rest of the body.
The superior vena cava is a large vein in the body. It is also at the top of the heart. The superior vena
cava function is to bring back the carbon dioxide-rich blood from the entire upper body to the heart
3. Pulmonary artery
The pulmonary artery is an artery that carries blood from the heart to the lungs. The function of the
pulmonary artery is to replace the carbon dioxide and water vapor present in the blood with oxygen.
4. Atrium
There are atrium two atrium left and right atrium .The upper two-room atrium of the four main
chambers of the heart. The function of the left atrium is to receive blood from the oxygen-rich lung and
to bring it into the left ventricle. While the right atrium function is to receive blood from the entire body
that is rich in carbon dioxide and then bring it to the right ventricle.
5 . Pulmonary vein
The pulmonary vein is a vein that carries oxygen-rich blood from the lungs to the heart precisely in the
left atrium. Pulmonary vein function is to bring oxygen-rich blood back to the heart to be circulated
throughout the body.
6. Ventricle
Ventricles are two empty spaces of four spaces at the bottom of the heart. There are two kinds of
ventricle, the left ventricle and the right ventricle. The function of the ventricle is to receive blood from
the atrium and then bring it out of the heart. The function of the left ventricle is to receive blood from
the left atrium and carry it throughout the body. The right ventricle function is to receive blood from the
right atrium and bring it to the lungs.
Inferior vena cava or inferior cava vena is the largest vein in the human body. The function of the
inferior vena cava is to lower blood from the lower body to the right atrium of the heart.

Heart disease or in medical terms is called coronary heart disease is a condition that occurs when the
main blood vessels that supply blood to the heart (coronary arteries) are damaged. Piles of cholesterol
in the blood vessels and the inflammatory process is thought to be the cause of this disease.
Coronary heart disease occurs when the blood supply to the heart through the coronary blood vessels is
inhibited by fat. The accumulation of fat in the blood vessels is known as atherosclerosis and is a major
cause of coronary heart disease.
If you have heart disease, you are strongly encouraged to change your lifestyle such as maintaining your
diet, regular exercise, taking medication regularly and as directed by your doctor, and quit smoking
stop smoking.
Applying a healthy lifestyle, such as reducing high cholesterol foods, increase the consumption of fruits
and vegetables, and exercise regularly.
2. Heart failure
Heart failure is a condition when the heart muscle becomes so weak that it can not pump enough blood
throughout the body. This condition is also known as the term congestive heart failure.
Based on the time span of the development of symptoms, heart failure is divided into two, namely
chronic and acute
Heart failure is a lifelong condition that can not heal completely. In such cases, treatment consisting of a
combination of drugs, cardiac support, and surgery should be performed in accordance with the
patient's condition.
