Subject: Revision of remuneration of scripts for the year of 2017/Annual Examination for
Head Examiners (Rechecking, Correction and Preparation of award lists)
Sir,
We want to bring to your kind notice that the remuneration rate of answer books of inter
part I and II has been reduced to the rate of Rs. 20/= per paper. This decision was made by the
committee chaired by chairman BISE Fsd on 24/12/2016. It will not be out of place to mention
that the Board authorities made payment at the rate of Rs 35/= last year. Now the rates of scripts
have been revised i.e. Rs. 45 per paper. It is requested that the rate of Rs. 20/= should be revised
to Rs 45/= w.e.f. the annual examination 2017, to bring the rate of sub examiners and head
examiners at par. It is painstaking to go through the whole process i.e. (rechecking, correction of
scripts, cutting, and preparation of award lists). Moreover, each head examiner has to fill in five
points of a blank award lists i.e., examiners identity, bundle number, subject, page number and
signature of the head examiner. We regret to say that it is impossible for us to work at lower rates
at this moment. We hope that your good worthy self will look into the matter sympathetically and
revise the rate of remuneration.
