This spreadsheet is a data collection template that aims to collect air quality data for publication in the WHO air quality database:
http://www.who.int/phe/health_topics/outdoorair/databases/cities/en/
What is needed:
Annual mean for PM2.5, PM10 and NO2 for the most recent year, but no older than 2012.
Please provide (preferrably) values by station, and/or values by city or locality.
Time series of annual mean for PM2.5, PM10 and NO2 - if available
Please provide (preferrably) values by station, and/or values by city or locality.
Daily values used to derive the annual mean, for PM2.5, PM10 and NO2 - if available
Please provide (preferrably) values by station, and/or values by city or locality.
Note: The following data would be made publicly available through the WHO air quality database:
Mean annual air quality by city or locality and by country, with date, type of monitoring stations (in terms of location), temporal coverage, and reference.

4 The population in the city or locality, including the reference
5 Reference for the population
6 The location/ type of stations should cover: urban, sub-urban and rural areas, residential and commercial area. Urban traffic can be included, as long as the station is located in
