Shri Sunil Sood Reason for the removal: He himself requested Bureau of Energy Efficiency to delete his name from the List of Accredited Energy Auditors. b. Shri Mukund V. Bhandare Reason for the Removal: It cannot be provided as this information comes under clause (i) of sec 8 (1) of the Right to Information Act, 2005, which clearly says that exemption has been provided to the disclosure of information, which relates to personal and which has no relationship to any public activity or interest, or which would cause unwarranted invasion of the privacy of the individual Q9. The reason for not issuing certificates to Certified Energy Auditors Ans. In the existing regulation, Certification of Energy Auditors is not included. Hence this regulation is in process of getting amended shortly and thereafter certificates to Certified Energy auditors will be issued.
