The train problems dont let up in New Jersey.

This morning NJ transit trains were delayed for a total of 90 minutes. Spokesman Jim Smith said

that Morris and Essex, Montclair-Boonton and Gladstone lines have 90-minute delays in both

directions after the unidentified man was struck. The spokesman said that he was pinned between

a retaining wall after he struck in Newark. He was later freed and taken to the university hospital

in Newark. His condition is currently unclear, but Smith said that he was trespassing at the time

when he was struck.

New Jersey residents take action against Equifax

Four New Jersey residents has of Thursday has filed federal class action lawsuits against Equifax

(Equa-fax) following a major data breach that happened earlier in the month. On a national level

after Equifax disclosed that over 143 million peoples had been stolen, they have been hit with

dozen of class action lawsuits since. As Equifax was a popular credit report service the hackers

were able to get everything from social security numbers, to driver license numbers. The lawsuits

say not only did the company fail to protect their customer information, and that while the breach

happened in May, customers were not notified until September.

Robert and Susan Kohn, of Freehold Township, are part of a suit with New York resident Dr.

Mark Isacoff. All three are Equifax clients, each having paid more than a $109 a year for the

company to monitor their credit and ensure the safety of their identity and finances.

Alana M. Bradley of Cherry Hill filed a separate suit as did Michelle O'Neill of Medford. All

three lawsuits were filed in federal court and seek class action status. Story will be updated as it

In National News:

Mark Zuckberg is making headlines yet again.

Zuckerberg admitted that facebook sold over $100,000 or 3000 ads to Russian companies and

fake Russian accounts during the election. Zuckerberg also admits that over 500 russian users

were deleted over the past month that engaged in disruptive poltical activities. This is a turn on

its original decision to stay neutral on the subject. Zuckerberg also vowed in a post on facebook

to more transparent with its user as well as the government, as well stopping foreign companies

using countries to disrupt the democratic process and laid out steps the company will use in the

future to stop it.
