GENERAL GUIDELINES
1. Convention Dates & Venue: November 26-29, 2016 at Baguio Crown Legacy Hotel, Kisad Road, Baguio City. Delegates who will arrive day/s
earlier or opt to stay day/s after the convention are not officially covered by the convention registration fee, hence shall have to arrange
their accommodation, separately. Chaperone/children will be charged the full amount.
2. Registration Fee: The registration fee for both advisers and student leaders are as follows:
P 5,500.00 for PRE-REGISTERED delegates whose registration and complete payment have been received by PACSA until October 31,
2016, inclusive of convention kit, meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and snacks (am & pm), certificates, and room accommodation.
P 5,700.00 for WALK-IN delegates who will register beginning November 1, 2016 to convention dates, inclusive of convention kit, meals
(breakfast, lunch, and dinner) and snacks (am & pm), certificates, and room accommodation (subject to availability).
P 4,800.00 for STAY OUT delegates, inclusive of convention kit, meals (lunch and dinner) and snacks (am & pm), and certificates
(except room accommodation and breakfast).
US$ 200.00 for INTERNATIONAL DELEGATES whose registration and complete payment have been received by PACSA until October
31, 2016, inclusive of convention kit, meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and snacks (am & pm), certificates, and room accommodation (single
occupancy or twin sharing only). Registration and payment procedures can be found on the website.
3. For registration, please take note of the following:
a. Pre-registration shall be done ON-LINE, beginning September 1, 2016. Please register at https://www.pacsaasia.com
b. Kindly input all information as accurately as possible in order to minimize, if not totally eliminate errors. The Secretariat will extract all
information from the online registration, thus, the necessity for accuracy.
c. No e-mail or fax shall be entertained as pre-registration mode.
d. Proofs of payment, such as scanned deposit slips/receipts (for cash or check payments), shall be attached to the on-line registration, to be
considered officially registered. On-line registration shall be closed on October 31, 2016 at 12 midnight.
e. Same proofs of payment shall be presented upon on-site registration in Baguio for verification.
f. Delegates who have registered on-line and have complete payment may alter the name of representatives but cannot reduce the number of
registered delegates. No refund shall be entertained after the confirmation of registration. However, the number of delegates may increase,
subject to availability of rooms and kits after the cut-off date.
g. Status of registration of delegates shall be posted on the PACSA website, and may be verified anytime.
h. For pre-registered delegates, please proceed to the designated room to confirm your arrival in the convention venue, beginning 6:00AM of
Day 1, November 26, 2016.
i. For walk-in and stay-out delegates, please proceed to the designated room to register and to check for available accommodation slots,
beginning 6:00AM of Day 1, November 26, 2016.
4. For accommodation, please take note of the following:
a. Only delegates who have registered on-line and attached the proof of complete payment until the cut-off date shall be considered pre-
registered. They shall be assured of accommodation and kit.
b. Delegates who have registered on-line and have complete payment until the cut-off date shall be prioritized for room accommodation at
Baguio Crown Legacy Hotel, Pines View Hotel, and Hotel Henrico, respectively, according to date of full registration. Accommodation for
walk-in delegates is subject to availability on a first-come first-served basis. Only 1,000 delegates can be accommodated in the three hotels
mentioned above.
c. Billeting at Baguio Crown Legacy Hotel, Pines View Hotel, and Hotel Henrico begins on Day 1, November 26, 2016, at 2:00PM. (Standard
hotel check-in time)
d. Walk-in delegates who may not be accommodated in the three hotels may contact other hotels that agreed to offer special rates for PACSA
attendees. The list and numbers shall be available during on-site registration.
e. Advisers shall be accommodated separately from students. We highly encourage networking of advisers with fellow-advisers and student
leaders with fellow-student leaders.
5. Mode of Payment. Cash or check payments are accepted, and may be deposited to PACSA Account Number 0151-0221-89, BPI - Espaa,
Sampaloc, Manila. Please make check/s payable ONLY to PACSA or Philippine Association of Campus Student Advisers.
6. Attire. Delegates are encouraged to dress up appropriately. The organizers highly recommend smart casual attire. Wearing of shorts, sandos,
spaghetti straps/tubes, and/or slippers are highly discouraged during sessions. Kindly bring your jackets as the temperature in Baguio
usually goes low during this time of the year.
a. During the opening ceremony, all delegates are highly encouraged to wear their respective school t-shirts, jackets, uniforms, etc, to identify
representations.
b. PACSA Convention polo shirt that goes with the kit shall be worn on Day 3 (November 28, 2016).
c. During the Cultural Night and Awards Night, delegates are requested to wear formal or their regional attire.
