VT EPSCoR Receives New Grant

On September 28, 2007 a press announcement was held in the Marble Courtyard of the
Fleming Museum at the University of Vermont to communicate the news of our recent
award from the National Science Foundation, Complex Systems Modeling for
Environmental Problem Solving.

Senator Patrick Leahy led the announcement followed by UVM President Daniel M.
Fogel and State EPSCoR Director Judith Van Houten.

University of Vermont leadership, Baccalaureate College, faculty, students and private

sector representatives also attended.
