The 15-minute presentation for the EFYP2 project should follow the provided guidelines. Presenters should bring 2 hardcopies of the presentation slides formatted with 4 slides per landscape page and 2 copies of the rubric with the first page filled out. The presentation should include at minimum 13 slides covering: the project title, introduction, problem statement, objectives, scope, significance, literature review, research gap, methodology, resource usage, results and discussion with graphs/tables and citations, conclusions for each objective and generally, and future works for students. There will also be a poster competition with a monetary award.

1. Duration of presentation is 15 minutes and question and answer session is 5 minutes.
2. Date: 9/6/2017 Friday 3. Get a review from your supervisor regarding the presentation slides. 4. Just before presentation, bring: a. Presentation slide *2 hardcopies* (4 slides/page in landscape) b. Rubrics for presentation *2 hardcopies* (please fill up first page) 5. Normally: 1. First slide a. project title, photo, name, ID, degree name, venue (UniKL ICOLE-MFI) and date 2. Introduction a. Background and motivation 3. Problem statement a. Explain the complexity 4. Objectives a. Not steps of methodology but things to achieve 5. Scope of research 6. Significance of research a. Benefits to university, country, environment or mankind 7. Literature review a. Show summary table 8. Research gap a. What have not been done by previous researchers? 9. Methodology a. Flow charts 10. Resource Usage a. Include table (and total costs) 11. Results and Discussion a. Include graphs and tables b. Compare with literature reviewed cite reference 12. Conclusions a. Conclusion according to each objective b. General conclusion 13. Future Works a. Works which future students can continue Total: minimum 13 slides (certain topic may need more than 1 slides) 6. There will be poster competition with monetary award.
