1) Comment on the saying, The only constant thing in this world

is change. Do you believe in this statement? Explain.

2) Why is a persons attitude the most difficult element to change

in every organization?

3) Think of an organizational change you have experienced. Was

there resistance to the change? Discuss. What could have been done
to prevent or diminish resistance?

4) Resistance to change is often viewed negatively. Discuss some

possible benefits of resistance to change in an organization.

5) List and discuss five major sources of stress in your life during
the last five years.

6) Discuss how stress and job performance are related. Is stress

helping or interfering with your job performance?

7) Give examples of language, institutional stories, rituals and

images you have observed in our university, particularly the Graduate
School.

8) What is customer delight?

9) What can you say about the aging workforce?

10) If you are a manager implementing organizational change, how will
