JOB DESCRIPTION

This position directly reports to the Human Resources Manager and will be responsible for the
following areas of Human Resources operations for VISMIN Commercial Unit:

Establish a healthy working environment between unions and operating units promoting
teamwork and good communication.

MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Labor Relations - defines Territorial LR and engagement strategy, provides scope of


authority for CBA negotiations including management and control of CBAs, negotiation
with Labor authorities, day-to-day union and labor management - grievances, etc.
Social Development - implements general model and plan for social development programs,
administers and implements labor survey, plan and execute social development activities
for Territory, CU and Region
Code of ethics - receive complaints from the system, cascade the complaints per affected
site, track progress and report closure of complaint issues
Internal Communications Cascade and implement the Internal Communication Plan for
Territory, CU and Region
SHAPE - cascade the Health Strategy aligned with SASSO Policy; management of clinic
and health programs and compliance of safety standards for Territory, CU and Region;
implementation of Asset Protection Plans per Site.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor/College Degree or Post; Graduate Diploma /


Masters Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Human Resource Management, Psychology,
Political Science or equivalent;
At least 4 years working experience in the related field is required for this position. Job role
should be Team Lead and should have a strong background on labor relations and employee
engagement
Above average communication (written and oral) and negotiation skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer relation skills
Influencer, extrovert, enjoys interacting with people, goal oriented, high achiever and
independent;
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities:

Shall lead the whole crew scheduling division (supervisor, planners & schedulers) to
attain our company objectives and goals and has the important position of making the
necessary calls and decisions on all matters concerning his division as well as his staffs.
Shall create a regulation compliant, operationally feasible and stable crew scheduling plan
(flight crew and cabin crew), and lead the team in executing the plan based on the agreed
and defined commercial, operational and quality targets.
Shall implement policies and procedures that maximize the efficient and effective
deployment of crew resources, productive use of its office tools and continuously develop
into high quality the business, operational and regulatory knowledge of the team members.
Shall be a subject matter expert in the areas of crew scheduling processes and roster audit,
crew management systems technology trend, and the application of flight duty time and
rest period limitations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree, Airline Operation/Airport


Management, Engineering (Aviation/Aeronautics/Astronautics), Business
Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Filipino
At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Aviation/Aircraft Maintenance or
equivalent.
