2. Go to your computers Control Panel and select Mail.
3. Click Show Profiles 4. Click Add. 5. Type a new name for the profile (whatever you wish) and click OK. 6. Add your account details in the Add Accounts windows. 7. Select Prompt for a profile to be used in the Mail window if youd like to switch to your new profile when you restart Outlook.
