Spelling Tic Tac Toe Word Study Dally Activities Monday: Have your child cut their new sort. Remind your child to sort the words into categories. We call them features, so please try to use that language. Your chiki should read each word during this activity. Rainbow Words or Tickle Words Write words in rainbow colers or write the words on someone's back and guess the words. ‘Count If Up Organize your epelling words in lists by the Side Walk Chalk Use sidewalk chalk to write each word in a hop-scotch board Word Hunt Use a newspaper, magazine or scholastic magazine te cut out letters or spelling words @-Tip Fun Put paint in a zip-loc bag and use a Q-tip to write your words on the bag. Tic-Tac-Toe with a friend Make a tic-tac-toe board, and play with the same list of words, to see who will win. Shaving Cream Fun Use shaving cream on a standing mirror and write each word. This promotes shoulder strength for good handwriting.
