POLICE BLOTTER ENTRY

RAPE

At about 1:00 am of April 23, 2016, this station received a report from the victim, Jhemerlyn
Marie Champupot, that she was sexually abused in Doctrine of Last Beach Resort, San Joaquin, Iloilo.
Immediately elements of this station composed of PO3 Zyrus Joaquin, and PO2 Hargardo Versace III
proceeded at the above-mentioned place to conduct investigation.

Investigation conducted revealed that at around 10:00 pm of April 22, 2016 at an unoccupied
cottage in the above-mentioned resort, Jhemerlyn Marie Champupot (DOB January 1, 1996), single,
student of the Polytechnic University of San Joaquin, resident of Brgy. Botong, Oton, was sexually
abused with carnal knowledge. And a certain Chuy Mola (January 2, 1996), single, student of the
Polytechnic University of San Joaquin, invited Jhemerlyn into one of the unoccupied cottages to have
a heart to heart talk since Choys proposal to Jhemerlyns best friend was rejected. Due to sympathy
to the situation of Chuy Mola, Jhemerlyn gave in to the invitation.

After a few minutes of conversation, Chuy Mola pushed Jhemerlyn against the wall, gagged her
with his boxer shorts, and then pushed her down the floor. Chuy Mola then told her in the local dialect:
Pasugut kaw nalang. Sino pa mapati kanimo kay tomboy kaw. Pasalamat kaw pa gani kay may
mapatol pa kanimo. Then Chuy proceeded to forcibly remove her shorts and underwear, and had
sexual intercourse with her against her will. After such act, Chuy said to her again: Hipos kaw lang kay
wara man may mapati nga may nagrape kanimo kay tomboy kaw. And afterwards, Chuy Mola left the
cottage.

Afterwards, Jhemerlyn, carrying with her the alleged perpetrators boxers, went to her best
friend, Maria Mae Uwa-uwata and disclosed what had happened to her. Maria Mae then accompanied
her to the San Joaquin Police Station.

Complainant was advised to submit herself to medical examination.
