I am Walid safwat sabir. I am a well determined student of graduation. I am having difficulties
with my studies but soon I will manage to pass these huddles. I have management skills and I aim
for a good business administrator.

II. Paragraph 1, First Course

College Algebra is held on Monday, Wednesday, Friday on 8:00 am to 9:25 am in Boswell

Science Complex 113, Tennessee state University. This University is located in Tennessee, USA.
Instructor to this course Margit Inman who teaches it well.

Difficulties that I find in this course is taught in English is not my first language and I am weak
in this subject. Instructors way of teaching is fast and high class English with complex words
which makes me more confused about the course. Assignments and tests are lengthy and tough I
have to do all other courses assignments too which is difficult to complete. Sometimes I have to
make an extend request for the assignment submission date which consequently reduces my
grades. Online submission of assignments and online Algebra tests are another problem to me
because I dont understand the text written there. thus I am always afraid of being failed in this
course. This subject is complex and difficult to solve.

Steps to ensure the success in this are tough and dry. I will take some extra time to understand
this subject with friends and take help of teacher to communicate in good way. Further, I will make
a slot to put in timetable even I have to quit my extracurricular activities. Completing assignments
will be main focus to raise my grades and the online test will be attended well. I am going to make
strategy and to move pre-planned. I will be believing in actions and not just making plans. I will
work hard to make this successful and pass this course.

My interview with the instructor was held on August 21, at 9:40 am a complete discussion about
problems that I face. He gave me suggestion about how to succeed in this course. the common
problems with students he told are:

They dont care about time and try to do homework at the last day of submission and they go
without any plans. When they find that problem is not solving they just skip it and move to next
which makes their problem solving skills poor.
On conclusion I am sure to pass the class if I can follow the instructors suggestions. I find this
course very difficult on scale of 1-5 I rate this class 5.

II. Paragraph 2, 2nd Course

Computer Engineering Graphics Course is held on Monday and Wednesday on 9:35am to

11:00am in Torrence Hall 102, Tennessee state University. This University is located in
Tennessee, USA. Instructor to this course is Hobe K Young who teaches it well.

Difficulties that I face in computer engineering subject are difficult programming languages. To
achieve an outstanding approach on this subject I have to study a lot of coding materials. It has
many assignments and are lengthy and difficult. I cannot manage time to complete its assignments.
For the completion the assignments I have to be awake up till late nights which drags me to
mentally and physical tension. Its tests are mostly online and I dont easily understand the
requirements of the test. This all drags me o the failure of course. Teacher is not able to
communicate with foreign students efficiently he teaches very fast. This is the most complex
subject of the whole degree.

Steps to Ensure Success: I have decided to manage these hurdles by carrying out some possible
steps. I am going to make a time schedule for home activities to save the time so that it can be
utilized in study. I will pay extra attention to this subject and my English as the medium of this
subject is English. Moreover, I will request my instructor to give me some time to understand what
he tries to teach us. By revisions and reciting the lessons I hope I will get good command on this
subject. By keeping in mind that practice makes a man perfect I will practice more on this subject.

My interview with the instructor went good which was held on September4,2017 but he had
short time for me to discuss the matter. But luckily I was able to convey my message to him and
he strongly realized my difficulties. He suggested me to try to make a strategy to be successful in
the course and while during the lecture I should try to be as close to the teacher as possible. I asked
the teacher what are the else common problems that he sees with the students. He briefly described:

That I to find the success in this course I have to do more practice and mange my time in well-
arranged manner.
At the end conclude that the difficulties I am having can be solved by mutual cooperation of
student and teacher and following those instructions that professor suggested during the interview.
Without managing time, the success in this course cant be achieved thus this is the critical factor
for the success in study.

This class is although the tough but I manage it well so I rate this class 5 for difficulty.

II. Paragraph 3, 3rd Course

Engineering 1020 is held on Monday on 3:00 pm to 3:55 pm in Holland Hall 110, Tennessee state
University. This University is located in Tennessee, USA. Instructor to this course Katherine
Armwood who teaches it well.

Difficulties that I find This course is impressively interesting. I love it but I have difficulties with
this course too. I cant get what the instructor says I just receive a faded idea about hole assessment
lecture. Number of the students in the class is large so hard to get what instructor gives. She assigns
interesting home works but I am dont find time and its totally ambiguous to me. Teacher
communicates well but she so fast so I cant get what the teacher say.

Steps to ensure the success I will be believing in actions and not just making plans. I will work
hard to make this successful and pass this course. I will be honest to my homework and focus on
my engineering skills to improve. So I will be moving pre-planned about assignments and lectures.

problems that I face. He gave me suggestion about how to succeed in this course. the common
problems with students he told are:

They dont care about time and try to do homework at the last day of submission and they go
without any plans.

On conclusion I am sure to pass the class if I can follow the instructors suggestions. I find this
course little difficult on scale of 1-5 I rate this class 2.

English 1010 is held on Tuesday and Thursday on 9:35 am to 11:00 am in Davis Humanities 223,
Tennessee state University. This University is located in Tennessee, USA. Instructor to this course
Robert Bracer who teaches it well.

Difficulties that I find in this course is that English is not my first language and I am weak in this
subject. Instructors way of teaching is fast and high class English with complex words which
makes me more confused about the course. Assignments and tests are lengthy and tough I have to
do all other courses assignments too which is difficult to complete. Sometimes I have to make an
extend request for the assignment submission date which consequently reduces my grades. Online
submission of assignments and online English tests are another problem to me because I dont

course very difficult on scale of 1-5 I rate this class 4.
II. Paragraph 5, 5th Course

Health and Wellness, is held on Monday to Tuesday on 12:45 to 2:10 Pm in Gentry Complex 233
Tennessee state University. This University is located in Tennessee, USA. Instructor to this course
is Jenifer Mavers who teaches it well.

Hurdles to understand this class is medium of communication is English in which Im poorly

qualified, A lot of assignments and sudden Quizzes for me. Homework is mostly online which I
barely understand. Material provided by the instructor is hard to understand the class. Which
makes me think that I will not be able to succeed. I six class in a week and all have their own tasks
and assignments. Therefore, I am struggling with time management.

To overcome these hurdle, I looked forward to practice my English more talk with friends about
my courses and learn from them. I will arrange a timetable to get everything on time. And Also I
will ask the teacher to reduce the burden and take a step for the students about time management

My interview with professor on Tuesday (Third week) about this class was impressive. I was
able to communicate many issues relating my studies. I was told him about my research and briefed
him major problems. I informed him about overload of assignments and communication problems.
I got all of tutoring material from his suggested website. He said main hurdles to students in getting
success in their course are:

1. Language Problems
2. Leave the work for the last day of submission

Elliot Hall 223, Tennessee state University. This University is located in Tennessee, USA.
Instructor to this course is Cydra Williams who teaches it well.

Difficulties that I face: Although this course is interesting and easy but due to lack in my
understanding capabilities I found it difficult. To achieve an outstanding approach on this subject
I have to study a lot of reading, material. Its assignments are lengthy and difficult and there is
plenty of stuff to memorize which makes it more difficult for me. In assignments I have to do
research about African history, traditions and cultural values which is consequently time
consuming. I cannot manage time to complete its assignments. For the completion the assignments
I have to be awake up till late nights which drags me to mentally and physical tension. Its tests are
