SAP CONNECT is a Virtual Meeting Room
solution with with integrated reservationless
audio and web conferencing
• No reservations needed, available 24/7 for you
• The virtual meeting room concept represents all aspects of
traditional meeting rooms – for intuitive virtual collaboration
– Invite participants to your room
– Share your desktop or upload presentations
– Draw on the whiteboard, have a chat or a quick poll
– Record meetings with audio for later playback
– Store everything in the room, so content is available each time you
enter the room
• Available at SAP worldwide for both internal and external
participants

• Click on your personal meeting room URL in the account information e-mail

(Note: Single Sign-On must be active first time)

• It will take you to the SAP CONNECT Portal, the main page for SAP CONNECT.

• Under Join as Host, click Enter Meeting

• During first login, you will prompted to set a Web Password, which you can
use later if Single Sign-On is not available

Join the audio one of two ways:
1) Dial yourself when prompted to do so, enter 00+ country code +
area code + number, e.g. 004962277...
2) Dial in using one of the access numbers below, using the

 Starting the Audio Conference
2 ways to start Audio Conference:

Directly from the Meeting Room

• Click the Telephone icon
• Select Start Audio Conference
• You will be prompted to enter your phone number
• Your phone will ring; simply press 1 to enter the
conference – no need to enter the password
• Every user will see a Join Teleconference popup
and follow the same process

Using your phone

• Dial an access number you received in your
confirmation email
• Enter Moderator Passcode when prompted
