Hotels & Resorts. It spans around 120,000sqm area and comprises a round theater-style hall, two
exhibition halls, an assembly hall, a banqueting hall, a spacious main lobby and atmospheric lower
lobby, VIP rooms and lounges, and ten meeting rooms that can be expanded to match specific event
requirements.

Balai Sidang Jakarta Convention Center provides in-house catering facilities, an art department, and
gardening professionals. The bonded warehouse also provided to facilitate temporarily fast custom
clearance of imported goods. The independent car parking area can accommodate up to 6,000 cars at
once, located right in front of the convention center. In just within walking or short driving distance, a
selection of mid to high-rate accommodations are available around the convention center.

Exhibition Halls

The convention center boasts two exhibition halls, each with their own 1,000sqm lobbies and access
points. Both halls have a nine meters ceilings, and are equipped with telephone and communication
outlets, audio visual points, single and 3-phase power sources, floor box access to electricity, phone,
water, drainage and compressed air on request. Trucks have direct access to both halls for easy loading.

Hall A covers about 3,060sqm floor plan with a floor load of 1,200 kg/sq. and a distribution frame that is
capable to handle 450 pairs of telephone lines. Meanwhile the Hall B spans about 6,075sqm area with a
floor load of 1,500 kg/sq. and a distribution frame that is able to handle up to 500 pairs of telephone
lines. The two halls can be connected through a 450-sqm corridor, giving a combined exhibition space of
9,585sqm.

Meeting Rooms

Balai Sidang Jakarta Convention Center has 13 rooms for events, four of them is available for flexible
dimensions and capacities. Directly accessed from the Main Lobby is the 5,000-seat Plenary Hall, a round
theater-style venue with ground and mezzanine level entry points. Beside Plenary Hall is the 3,921sqm
Assembly Hall, which comfortably seats up to 2,500 guests and 4,500 guests for buffet setting. Last but
not least is the 2,109sqm Cendrawasih Room, which is fitted with movable floor-to-ceiling partitions to
customize the room space for smaller events. Directly accessed from the elegant exhibition space of
Lower Lobby, are nine meeting rooms that can accommodate between 20 100 visitors. Two of which
could be further divided for cozier events.

In House Catering Services

The Convention Center has a 1,500sqm of modern kitchen area with the capacity of catering up to
10,000 guests. The Executive Chef and team is at service to prepare regional cuisines from across the
Indonesian archipelago and dishes from around the world.
