Guidelines for Renewing PEC Card Online

Please follow below Step by Step Procedure to apply online for Renewal Card

1. Go to Portal.pec.org.pk and click Renewal of Registration.

2. Enter your Username(Email) and Password and click Login
3. If you do not remember your password, click Lost your Password? Or directly go to this link
http://portal.pec.org.pk/RecoverPassword.aspx .
4. After login, Go to the Profile Option at Right Most Pane.
5. Click the Profile menu, a submenu will open.
6. In Profile>Basic Info section. Check all your personal information entered there and update all
fields with Latest information for example Permanent/Postal Address, Cell No, Domicile etc and
click UPDATE button to save information.
7. Next go to Profile>Documents section and upload your scanned documents mentioned there.
8. While uploading Documents, Please Ensure following things
Properly scan your Picture with Blue Background, CNIC, Domicile and Signature with
scanner.
Pictures must be only in .JPEG format (no other format is acceptable)
Each Picture size must be between 50KB to 600KB.
9. Upload your Scanned Challan of Rs. 1000 in Profile>Challan Section. Challan information can
be seen at PEC website on http://www.pec.org.pk/AccountInfo.aspx . If you are a lifetime
member, Skip this step.
10. Go to Renewal > Engineer Card Renewal (Life Membership Only).
11. Select your Nearest Branch Office from the Drop Down.
12. Click the Submit button.

After Submitting your application, your card will be printed from selected Branch Office and will be
dispatched to your Postal Address within 3 to 5 days.
