ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

First and foremost, we give thanks to Maam Edorne Abejuela, the CAYSMH
Administrative Officer IV for letting us have our Immersion at their hospital. And for her
designations to us in different sections of their office wherein we can showcase our full
potential and skills and to where we can fit ourselves as much as possible.

To Maam Jovita Gonzaga and Maam Celia Cruz who served as my supervisors as I take
the office training. Through words and deeds, they taught me not only about office stuffs but
also a true-to-life advice that I can use even when I am grown up. The ones that stands as my
second mother in the field that we are not familiar with. And the persons that supports me in
every struggle that I had encountered as I continue my journey.

To Erika Rose A. Baltazar, my girlfriend, who supports me in every way she can even if
she also has an immersion job that she need to look up to and to the patience and understand
that she had sacrificed and gave up just for me.

To my mother, Janet T. De Guzman, who morally and financially supports me in order to

finish my Immersion on-time and without any disturbances or interruptions that would make
me look bad especially to my supervisors.

To the Cleaning Department of CAYSMH, specifically to someone from them that I didnt
have the chance to ask her name. She has a disability but still had the determination to keep
fighting for life. She inspires me even though we dont have that much time to talk to each
other.

To Sir Jeppoy Buenviaje and Sir Pathrus Jared Manuel who gave their effort by the time
that I need some help about my encoding job in their office.

And to the rest of the Office Staffs, Nurse, Doctors, Guards of CAYSMH, we thank you for
all your time and effort for training us even for a short period of time. We deeply appreciated it.

Maam Cecil and they are both Cashier but Maam Cecil is also the Liquidating Officer of their
hospital. On my first week, since I am only new at the business, they only made me familiarize
myself to the receipts, transactions and the liquidating job of Maam Cecil. At first, it is quite
confusing but with the guide of Maam Juvy and Maam Cecil, it helps me to take it easy and
learn it one by one.

Week 2

Second week, Id comfortably handled the liquidating job of Maam Cecil. Since its first
step was about the basic encoding of receipts, I can finish it in a short period of time. But from
time-to-time, its getting a little bit complicated as I encounter some words or
