Prof. Anil Kottantharayil Indian Nanoelectronics Users Programme (INUP) is an initiative by the Department of Electronics and

Prof. Ashwin Tulapurkar Information Technology (MeitY), Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (MCIT), Govt. of

Prof. Saurabh Lodha India to promote experimental R&D in the area of Nanoelectronics. Centers of Excellence in

Prof. Soumyo Mukherji Nanoelectronics were established at IIT Bombay and IISc Bangalore with MietY funding, and these centers

Prof. Swaroop Ganguly house state-of-the-art facilities for fabrication and characterization of nanoelectronic devices. Under the

Prof. Dipankar Saha umbrella of INUP, these centers are made available to academic researchers from other institutes in the

Dr. K. Nageswari country. The users of this program benefit from fast turn-around time of proposal review, expert
mentoring for project execution. INUP provides financial support for fabrication and characterization for
the researchers from academia to execute the work at the centers at IIT Bombay and IISc Bangalore. The

This workshop is being organized both for familiarization and interaction of the participants with faculty
members and research scholars of IITB. Online applications are invited from interested researchers from
academia and R&D laboratories for participation in this workshop.
The programme include
Overview of INUP and available research infrastructure at IITBNF
Research activities at IITBNF by various groups
Poster presentations by past users of INUP and IITB students
Visit to the IITBNF laboratories
Participants would be supported for travel at actuals, subject to the limit of 3-tier AC train fare, on
request for the shortest route from the place of work to IIT Bombay and back. Please note that travel
support does not include tatkal fare and also Rajadhani, Duronto and Premium train fare.

Contact Limited on-campus hostel accommodation will be provided on request from participants, subject to
