our company is going to participate in the 7th International Clothing Fair to be held in
Birmingham from 15th-20th February. I am writing to you to invite you to visit our stand on the
opening day and also to have lunch with us.

clothing range and to give you preferential treatment for any orders you decide to place with
us while you are there.

If you think you would like to visit us at the fair, please let us know and we will send
