1. Make a Vision, Mission and Core Values Statement for Unite for Youth

Vision:
NO Youths will be at RISK and AT the end of the day ALL Youths will be at the
best part of their life.

Mission:
Empower Young to let out whats the best of them. Promotes pro-social
friendship, strong interpersonal skills and reassert a sense of hope.

Core Values:
Young people must be in a caring, inclusive learning environment that promotes
their best effort and reinforces personal respect.
2. Explain each Statement to support your strategic plans.
VISION:

No youths will be at risk by the help of education it will be fulfill for it states that
Education is not a tool for development- individual, community and the nation. It is the
foundation for our future. It is empowerment to make choices and emboldens the youth to
chase their dreams that would result to achieve the best part of their life. NO RISK AT
ALL.
MISSION:

Empower Young- Empowering young person to make positive changes in their

life. It can boost their confidence to do things that are necessary and can help their future
be at best.
Promotes

Pro-social friendship- Engaging young people to have a prosocial behavior can

foster positive traits that serves as a motivation for learning and be a productive contributor
in the society.

Strong interpersonal skills- Having a strong interpersonal skills can mold young
people to be a productive one and has the ability to pay attention on ones action and
interpreting it correctly as a response.

Reassert a sense of hope- It is so hard to get up especially, for those young people
whove experienced the downfall part of their life. By reasserting their sense of hope to do
things that makes them better can help cope upping things that they missed in the long run.
 CORE VALUES

Caring- they must possess the value of caring, it may pertain to the people around
them, the things that surrounds them and the nature that helps them to cope up in daily life.

Inclusive learning environment- building an inclusive learning environment can

help one another to form a meaningful connection and can build their strengths and help to
develop and improve their understanding in such things.
Reinforces personal respect- they must first build their personal respect within
them to boost its confidence and will love the things that she/he possess. By this, it helps
them to be more respectful when they deal with others.
3. Why are vision-mission-values important in Strategic plans?
Strategic Plans covers the entire company and provide directions for the coming years.
In order for this plans to be at its right path, it must follow the vision, mission and values of a
particular company. Without the individual foundations of Values illustrated by a vision to be
undertaken by a mission, the company might not be an effective one and will fall to its downfall
part. The company cannot identify, distinguish or explain to its employees and customers alike.
The mission statement is important for it defines the business, products or services, and
customers. It allows company to differentiate themselves from other competitors. A vision
statement bridges the present with the future while establishing a standard for excellence. And
values are the guiding principles that the youth must possess in order to reach its vision. It
helps a particular company to reach its success by applying its vision, mission, and values on
is Strategic plans.
4. As a SHS graduating student, how can you apply this strategic plan in your college career?

Strategic plans can help us individuals to be productive in such things. As a Senior

High School graduating student, I can apply strategic in my college career by setting up my
goals and be persistent with it. It helps me to be an effective student and be a successful person
at the end of the day. Setting goals in life can encourage me to be a better person and can help
to make out the best in me. My vision inspires me to do things that are right in both sides. My
mission guides me on what to do to accomplish the things that I want to possess. My values
helps me to be a better person and it helps me to reach my dreams in the long run.
