Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator is responsible for planning each project from pre-commencement to
completion, by working closely with sales, project and management staff.
Responsibilities:
- Sending DFO as per the requirement from UDMC yard to required sites.
- Manage the approval and submission of overtime requests in line with company
requirements
- Verification of incoming materials to site.
- Manage the daily submission of overtime request to HR
- Act as liaison between Project Manager and Manager-Projects ensuring all project
issues are addressed
- Ensure project files are maintained and stored in an orderly fashion
- Assist in development /implementation of policies and procedures to support the
companys ISO accreditation.

Abilities Required:
- Telephone skills
- Good communication ability
- Computer skills with competency in Microsoft Office, Primavera Peachtree and Auto
CAD
- Coordination skills
- Fast learner
- Ability to grasp project concepts
- Understanding of basic project management principles
