TAMIL NADU MINISTERIAL SERVICE, 2014 - 2015 (IV PHASE)

The list of register number of the candidate who has been admitted
provisionally to the IV Phase of Counselling for the POST OF VILLAGE
ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER IN THE TAMIL NADU MINISTERIAL
SERVICE, 2014 - 2015 based on the results of the Written Examination
conducted by the Commission on 28.02.2016 FN. The Certificate Verification
and Counselling will be held on 12.10.2017 at the Office of the Tamil Nadu
Public Service Commission, Frazer Bridge Road, Chennai - 600 003. Individual
intimation regarding the date and time of the Counselling will be sent to the
candidate separately.

The candidates with the following register numbers are admitted
provisionally to the CERTIFICATE VERIFICATION subject to verification of
the claims in their online applications such as age, educational qualification,
community, DW Status etc., possessed by him/her. The Certificate
Verification will be held on 12.10.2017. The date and time of Counselling
will be intimated at the time of Certificate Verification. Individual intimation
regarding the date and time of the Certificate Verification will be sent to the
candidates separately.

Notes:-
1. Mere publication of the Register Numbers of candidates will not imply
that his/her candidature has been fully cleared by the Commission.

2. The admission of candidates whose Register Numbers are found in the

above list is based on the particulars furnished by them in their online
applications such as age, educational qualification,community, etc.,
subject to verification/ acceptance of certain documents, educational
qualification possessed by him/her, clarification regarding community
status and its acceptance, etc. as the case may be, wherever necessary.
If any of their claim is found to be false or incorrect, their candidature is
liable for rejection at any point of time.

3. The admission of candidates for Counselling is purely provisional subject

to the outcome of OAs/WPs if any on the files of the Honble High
Court, Madras/Madurai Bench of Madras High Court relating to this
recruitment.

Counselling are not assured of selection.

5. The provisional admission of candidates for Certificate Verification

and Counselling does not confer any right for selection for this
post as it is, subject to availability of vacancies in their respective
reservation categories, when they reach their turn as per their
rank position.

6. Candidates summoned for Certificate Verification and Counselling

are hereby advised to appear with all the relevant documents in
original without fail. Failure to produce even any one of the
essential documents will result in rejection of his/her application.
