Once your registration has been entered in the system and your
number activated, you will receive a confirmation text similar to the
following:

Once you receive this text message, please make sure that you follow
the given instructions and change your password. Failing or delaying to
do so can cause your account to become restricted. If this happens,
you will need to contact LoadCentral's Customer Support.
Weve received reports that there are instances when the confirmation
text is not received. If you havent received any confirmation within 24-
48 hours after requesting for your retailer activation, just proceed to
changing your default SMS and WebTool passwords as shown below.
Since we are able to meet our commitment of 48 hours maximum, you
can be sure that by this time, your registration is already in the
system.

Then send the text message to any of the LoadCentrals Access
Numbers.
WEBTOOL ACTIVATION
After you have successfully changed your SMS password, you can now
proceed to changing your webtool password. Using a web browser, go
to http://loadcentral.net and login with the following details.

UNLOCK<space><SMS Password>
Send that command to any of the LoadCentral access numbers
Please note that your SMS password and your WebTool password must
be changed to something other than 123456 and must be
different from each other. Failing to follow these guidelines will
result in your WebTool getting locked again after 24 hours and you will
need to send another UNLOCK command to access the WebTool.
To start retailing prepaid load, you must have available load wallet
credits.
After the deposit has been made, fill up the loadwallet verification form
located at
http://incomepass.net/verification.

Cut-off time for deposit and fund transfer verifications is 4:30 pm from
Monday to Friday and 11 am during Saturdays. There is no verification
on Sundays.
Prior to selling or dispensing load, you will need a list of the product
codes of the products and denominations available. A copy has been
included with this package and you may also get a copy from here:

Once you have a copy of the product codes, you are now ready to start
selling or dispensing prepaid load credits.
The LoadCentral Retailer types the Product Code that the buyer (end-
user) chose and paid for. Following the format below.
< PRODUCT CODE > <6-DIGIT PASSWORD> < MOBILE # OF BUYER >
Both the Retailer and the Buyer will get a confirmation message from
LoadCentral.
