MOBILE ACCESS ACTIVATION

Once your registration has been entered in the system and your
number activated, you will receive a confirmation text similar to the
following:

You are now a Retailer of Incomepass Marketing. Your password


is 123456. To change, type
Changepw<space>123456<space><6-digit pin>, send to
LoadCentral access #.

Below is a list of LoadCentral Access Numbers.

Once you receive this text message, please make sure that you follow
the given instructions and change your password. Failing or delaying to
do so can cause your account to become restricted. If this happens,
you will need to contact LoadCentral's Customer Support.

*** TIP! ***

Weve received reports that there are instances when the confirmation
text is not received. If you havent received any confirmation within 24-
48 hours after requesting for your retailer activation, just proceed to
changing your default SMS and WebTool passwords as shown below.
Since we are able to meet our commitment of 48 hours maximum, you
can be sure that by this time, your registration is already in the
system.

Changing your initial SMS password

Changepw<space>123456<space><6-digit pin>
Then send the text message to any of the LoadCentrals Access
Numbers.

WEBTOOL ACTIVATION

After you have successfully changed your SMS password, you can now
proceed to changing your webtool password. Using a web browser, go
to http://loadcentral.net and login with the following details.

Username: <your registered number replacing the first 0 with a 63>


If your number is 09170001122 then your webtool login
will be
639170001122

Password: 123456 (this is the default webtool password and is


different
from your SMS password.)

IMPORTANT!

If you are unable to change your password within 24 hours of


activation, the system temporarily locks your WebTool. If that
happens you will get a warning on the login screen.

Webtool Access is Locked, to unlock Send UNLOCK space SMS


Password to LoadCentral Access #.

Just follow the Instructions and send:

UNLOCK<space><SMS Password>
Send that command to any of the LoadCentral access numbers

Please note that your SMS password and your WebTool password must
be changed to something other than 123456 and must be
different from each other. Failing to follow these guidelines will
result in your WebTool getting locked again after 24 hours and you will
need to send another UNLOCK command to access the WebTool.

LOAD WALLET REPLENISHMENT

Load wallet is the credits used in prepaid load distribution. Normally 1


load wallet credit is equivalent to 1 peso.

To start retailing prepaid load, you must have available load wallet
credits.

There are 2 options for you to purchase Loadwallet Credits:

OPTION 1: THROUGH INCOMEPASS

To purchase LoadWallet through Incomepass, Just deposit the amount


desired in any of our banks listed below.

After the deposit has been made, fill up the loadwallet verification form

We normally credit your LoadWallet in a couple of hours however,


please allow a MAXIMUM of 24 hours before any follow ups. We
sometimes process huge amounts of requests so please be patient. We
assure you though that you will receive your load.
OPTION 2: DIRECTLY THROUGH LOADCENTRAL
You may deposit directly with LoadCentral through the following
accounts. Please note that all deposits to LoadCentral are beyond our
control and support. You will need to coordinate with them for any
deposit concerns. Please refer to included PDF file entitled 04
LoadWallet Replenishment.pdf. This can be found in the
Documents & Guides folder included with this download package.

Processing on the average is between 1 2 hours depending on the


volume of transactions. Furthermore, if the Banks system is down
which is beyond LoadCentrals control, it may take a bit longer.

Cut-off time for deposit and fund transfer verifications is 4:30 pm from
Monday to Friday and 11 am during Saturdays. There is no verification
on Sundays.

LoadCentral requires a minimum load amount of 500 pesos for retailer


accounts.

Step 3 Selling / Dispensing Load

Prior to selling or dispensing load, you will need a list of the product
codes of the products and denominations available. A copy has been
included with this package and you may also get a copy from here:

You can also go directly to the LoadCentral website to get the list.

Once you have a copy of the product codes, you are now ready to start
selling or dispensing prepaid load credits.

Selling / Dispensing Prepaid Load

The LoadCentral Retailer types the Product Code that the buyer (end-
user) chose and paid for. Following the format below.

< PRODUCT CODE > <6-DIGIT PASSWORD> < MOBILE # OF BUYER >

SB100 123456 0917XXXXXXX

Then send the text message to any of the LoadCentrals Access


Numbers.

Both the Retailer and the Buyer will get a confirmation message from
LoadCentral.

Message to Retailer:

You have successfully made an e-pin sale (Product Code) to (Mobile


number of buyer). Your wallet balance is Pxxxx.xx. Trace #: xxxxxxx
Message to Buyer:

You have purchased (Product Code) (PIN). Thank you for using our
service. Trace #: xxxxxxx

Congratulations, you have now completed the basic steps required to


becoming a LoadCentral retailer.
