DEED OF SALE ON INSTALLMENT WITH ASSUMPTION OF MORTGAGE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF SALE WITH ASSUMPTION OF MORTGAGE made and executed by and between:

of legal age, single, Filipino and with residence and postal address at #27 PUROK 2A BRGY. SAN JOSE
LIPA CITY hereinafter called as the VENDOR.

AND
of legal age, single and with residence and postal address at, PUROK 4
BUGTONG N PULO LIPA CITY, Philippines, hereinafter called the VENDEE.

WITNESSETH
WHEREAS, the VENDOR is the owner of a certain motor vehicle which is more particularly described
as follows:

WHEREAS, the VENDEE is desirous to purchase the above described motor vehicle and the VENDOR
have consented/agreed to sell the same under certain conditions.

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of EIGHT HUNDRED FORTY SEVEN
THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED ELEVEN PESOS ONLY.(847,711.00) of which is hereby acknowledged by
the VENDEE by the VENDOR, herein VENDOR does hereby these presents SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER and
CONVEY unto the VENDEE, her heirs, assigns and successors the above described motor vehicle, subject to the
condition that the VENDEE shall assume the mortgage and unpaid balance of the aforesaid vehicle with in the
amount of EIGHT HUNDRED FORTY SEVEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED ELEVEN PESOS
ONLY.(847,711.00)

That the VENDEE by virtue of these presents and with consent of has agreed bound himself to assume the
mortgage and unpaid balance with which he/she commit and promise to pay monthly.
