Note: Thesis completion observes an ideal minimum time of
6 months from the beginning of the thesis process to
ensure research quality

Note: Any student who misses the deadline, and fails to Student Records Evaluator
graduate as a result, will subsequently again be subject to
the rules on maximum residency and application for
graduation

Important Notes:

1. A prerequisite for IS 300 is a passing mark in IS 299 and the completion of all course work.
2. Two prerequisites for IS 299 is a passing mark in IS 199 and the presentation of a concept note duly approved by a committee composed of the IS 299 faculty
in-charge, another faculty member and a member of the IIS Research, Publication and Extension Division.
3. Thesis Form 1 is the Title Defense Report Form.
