The Wolf and the Dog

Once there was a wolf who was
nearly dead with hunger. He was very
thin, so that the outline of his bones could
be seen clearly beneath his thinning coat
of hair. With hardly enough energy to
walk, the wolf had little hope of finding
food. As he lay beneath a large tree, a dog
out for a walk noticed him. Seeing how
thin and hungry-looking the wolf was, the
dog felt sorry for him and said, "You are
in terrible shape! You look as if you
haven't eaten for many days."

"You're right," said the wolf. "I

haven't eaten because you and your friends are doing such a good job of guarding the sheep.
Now I am so weak that I have little hope of finding food. I think I will surely die."

Then why not join us? Asked the dog. "I work regularly and I eat regularly. You
could do the same. I will arrange it. You can help me and the other dogs guard the sheep. In
that way, we won't have to worry about your stealing the sheep any more and you won't have
to worry about going hungry any more. It's a good deal for both of us."

The wolf thought it over for a few minutes and then decided that the dog was right. So
they went off together toward the ranch house where the dog lived. But, as they were
walking, the wolf noticed that the hair on a certain part of the dog's neck was very thin. He
was curious about this, for the dog had such a beautiful coat every where else. Finally, he
asked the dog about it.

"Oh, don't worry about that," said the dog. "It's the place where the collar rubs on my
neck when my master chains me up at night."

"Chained up!" cried the wolf, "Do you mean that you are chained up at night? If I
come to live with you, will I be chained up at night too?"

That's right," answered the dog. "But, You'll get used to it soon enough. I hardly think
about it anymore."

"But, if I am chained up, then I won't be able to walk when I want to take a walk or to
run where I want to run," the wolf said. "If I come to live with you, I won't be free anymore."
After saying this, the wolf turned and ran away. "The dog called after the wolf, saying,
"Wait! Come back! I may not be able to do everything I want to do, but I'm healthy, well-fed,
and I have a warm place to sleep. You are too worried about keeping alive to enjoy life. I'm
more free than you are."
Narrative Text about The Legend
Malin Kundang

A long time past, during a

little village close to the beach in
West Sumatra, a girl and her son
lived. They were Malin Kundang and
her mother. Her mother was one
parent as a result of Malin Kundang's
father had died once he was a baby.
Malin Kundang had to measure
arduous together with his mother.
Malin Kundang was a healthy,
dilligent, and robust boy. He typically
visited ocean to catch fish. once obtaining fish he would bring it to his mother, or sold the
caught fish within the city.

One day, once Malin Kundang was sailing, he saw a merchant's ship that was being
raided by atiny low band of pirates. He helped the bourgeois. together with his brave and
power, Malin Kundang defeated the pirates. The bourgeois was therefore happy and thanked
to him. reciprocally the bourgeois asked Malin Kundang to sail with him. to induce a much
better life, Malin Kundang united. He left his mother alone.

Many years later, Malin Kundang became affluent. He had a large ship and was
helped by several ship crews loading commerce merchandise. absolutely he had a good
looking better half too. once he was sailing his commerce journey, his ship landed on a beach
close to atiny low village. The villagers recognized him. The news ran quick within the town;
Malin Kundang has become wealthy and currently he's here.

An recent lady ran to the beach to satisfy the new wealthy bourgeois. She was Malin
Kundangs mother. She wished to hug him, free her unhappiness of being lonely once
farewell time. sadly, once the mother came, Malin Kundang who was before of his well
dressed and his ship crews denied meeting that recent lonely woman. for 3 times her mother
begged Malin Kundang and for 3 times he shouted at her. finally Malin Kundang
aforementioned to her "Enough, recent woman! I even have ne'er had a mother such as you, a
grimy and ugly woman!" then he ordered his crews to line sail. He would depart the recent
mother once more however therein time she was jam-packed with each unhappiness and
emotional arousal.

Finally, enraged, she cursed Malin Kundang that he would become a stone if he did
not apologize. Malin Kundang simply laughed and extremely set sail. In the quiet ocean,
suddenly a electrical storm came. His immense ship was destroyed and it had been too late
for Malin Kundang to apologize. He was thrown by the wave out of his ship. He fell on atiny
low island. it had been extremely too late for him to avoid his curse. Suddenly, he became a
stone.

Snow White

Once upon a time in a great castle, there was a beautiful

princess. She was very pretty, with blue eyes and long black hair.
Her skin was delicate and white, and so she was called Snow
White. Snow White had a step mother who was always jealous of
Snow White's beauty. Her step mother too was very beautiful, and
the magic mirror told her this every day, whenever she asked it.

One day, the step mother asked the magic mirror who
the loveliest lady in the land was and the magic
mirror answered Snow White was the loveliest in the land. The
step mother was very mad. Then he asked her trusty servants to
take Snow White into the forest, far away from the Castle and killed her. But the servant didn't kill
Snow White, He led the innocent little girl away. In the forest, little Snow White was alone and
scared. She didn't know where she should go. But suddenly she saw a small strange cottage. She
wondered who lived there, then she entered the cottage.
Inside the cottage, there was 7 beds and a kitchen. Snow White was to tired to explore the
cottage, and suddenly fallen a sleep. In the afternoon, the seven dwarfs who lived in the cottage, came
home. They surprised to see there was a young lady there. One dwarf woke her up and asked who was
she. Snow White told them her sad story. The seven dwarfs understood the feeling of Snow White and
asked her to live with them in the cottage.
Meanwhile in the castle, the servant came back and told to the step mother that Snow White
was killed. Then the step mother asked the magic mirror once again who the loveliest in the land was
and still the magic mirror answered the Snow White who lived in the small cottage with seven dwarfs
was the loveliest one in the land. So the step mother was angry and she planed something bad to Snow
White.
Then the step mother disguising herself as an old women who sold a basket of poisoned
apples and went to the cottage. In the cottage, the seven dwarfs warned Snow White to not open the
door to the stranger. The step mother finally arrived to the cottage and began to offer Snow White an
apple. Snow White refused to open the door but the step mother kept persuade and finally Snow
White opened the door and brought an apple then he ate it. So Snow White fallen down with the
poisoned apple beside her.
In the afternoon, when the seven dwarfs came home, they were surprised with Snow White
who laid down on the floor with pale face and a poisoned apple beside her. The seven dwarfs were
sad seeing the Snow White was dying but not die yet. Then the seven dwarfs decided to make a
beautiful bed made from a crystal coffin to make Snow White keep alive.
Day by day, the seven dwarfs waited for the miracle came when Snow White suddenly woke
up. Then one day, there was a wanderer who actually a prince from far away kingdom saw a beautiful
lady was laid down on crystal bed. The wanderer asked the dwarfs what was happened and the dwarfs
told him the story. Heard the Snow White's story, the princes decided to carry her to his Castle and
asked the doctor to help her. Then the prince kissed her to show his intention. But suddenly Snow
White was back to life. The fact was that the prince's kiss broke the spell. Then the prince asked Snow
White to marry him. From that day on, Snow White lived happily in a great castle. But from time to
time, she was drawn back to visit the little cottage down in the forest.

My idol is Justin Randall

Timberlake. But every people usually call
him JT. He was born on January 31, 1981
in Memphis, Tennessee, U.S. He is an
American actor, businessman, singer and
a song-writer. He appeared on television
shows Star Search and The New Mickey
Mouse Club as a child. In late 1990s,
Timberlake rose to prominence as the lead
singer and the youngest member of the
boy band NSYNC, whose launch was
financed by Lou Pearlman.

Justin Timeberlake is good looking. He has tall body and his face is so
handsome. He has green eyes, pointed nose and black and curly hair. He also
has sixpack body. The colour of his skin is white.

During The groups hiatus, Timberlake released his studio solo albums
Justified in 2002 and LoveSounds in 2006. The former spawned hits Cry Me a
River and Rock Your Body, while the latter debuted atop the U.S. Billboard
200 and produced the Billboard Hot 100 number-one singles SexyBack, My

Kuta Beach
Kuta Beach is a beautiful beach
in a southern Bali. Its location is in
Badung Regency, 9 km from Denpasar,
the capital of Bali exactly near Bali's
Ngurah Rai Airport. Kuta is one of the
first towns with substantial tourist
development and also remains one of
Indonesia's major tourist destinations.
Its long sandy beach is known
internationally, with its varied
accommodation, many restaurants and
bars, and many renowned surfers.
It is also well-known as the
right place for people to see scenic
sunset in the afternoon. People who come to Bali will be very unlucky if they do not see the
panoramic sunset in this town. It is real that tourists feel happy to be there. They can
sunbathe, swim, surf, play soccer beach, kite flying, play volleyball or just take a walk. Yes,
they can do many activities in this beach for its complete beach activities. For persons who
like playing soccer, do not forget to try the game with some locals. The locals usually set up
the goal posts between Hard Rock Cafe and Discovery Shopping Mall at 16.00.
When the day becomes dark, the nightlife of Kuta often begins too late, at around
23.00. The scene is full of different atmospheres and entertainment in bars and pubs which
some of them give live bands, fashion shows, DJ's and sexy dancers. Being hungry and
hoping to have a dinner, many restaurants are ready to serve their best recipes with a lot of
international cuisines. Some of the famous restaurants in Kuta are B' Couple Bar N' Grill,
Blue Fin, ESC, Flapjacks, Gabah Restaurant & Bar, Kopi Pot, Kori Restaurant & Bar,
Maccaroni Restaurant & Bar, Made's Warung, Papa's Cafe, Queen's Tandoor, Sailfin,
Stadium Cafe, Sushi Tei, Take Restaurant and so on.
Needing a hotel around Kuta beach, do not worry because Kuta also offers its best
varied hotels and resorts which most of the them give beachfront locations with their various
styles and budget ranges. In these hotels and resorts you can choose your best. It is really the
worth town to visit. Kuta with its beauty of the beach will make the tourists feel satisfied and

Rubiks cube

Rubik's cube is a toy puzzle designed by Erno Rubik, an architect and professor at the
University of Budapest. It is a cube-shaped and contains of smaller cube pieces with six sides
having different colors. The cube was so popular during the 1980s, and at its peak between
1980 and 1983. 200 million cubes were sold world wide. In the solved condition, Rubiks
cube has six faces which all of the colors are same. The Rubik's cube has red, yellow, blue,
green, white, and orange color. The edges and corners move when the cube is rotated and the
cube becomes scrambled. The challenge of the puzzle is to solve each cube to the original
position.

There are many solutions to solve the Rubiks cube. Lars Petrus, Jessica Fridich, and
Shotaro Makisumi, are people who created the solution to solve it. A common solution used
by cubers was developed by Jessica Fridrich, a professor at the Department of Electrical and
Computer Engineering atBinghamton University. It uses a large number of algorithms,
especially for orienting and permuting the last layer. The cross consists of one color is done
first and then continue to make second and first layer by F2L (First 2 Layer) algorithms that
consist of 41 algorithms. The next step is to solve the third layer by OLL (Oriented Last
Layer) and PLL (Permutation Last Layer). Fridrich's solution requires learning roughly 120
algorithms but the Cube can be solved in only 55 moves on average.

There are two kinds of Rubiks cube, DIY and Original Rubiks cube. DIY (Do It
Yourself) Rubiks cube is the cube that can be assembled and modified by ourselves. The
core of it made up of bolts; so we can arrange the bolts to get a comfortable Rubiks cube.
Types of DIY Rubiks cube are, A type, C type, and F type. Every type has different
advantages for cubers. For the example, F type is a lightweight Rubiks cube and it almost
cant be pop out. It is suitable for a stylish cuber. C type has a good material and it suitable
for a rush cuber. The second type is Original Rubiks cube or we can call Ori Rubik. Ori
Rubik is the cube that cant be assembled or modified by ourselves. The core of this made of
nails. Ori Rubik is suitable for a beginner cuber thats training their fingertrick.

Ingredients:

A plate of rice
A fried egg
5 shrimps
A small bowl of fried onion
A small bowl of chicken
4 cloves of garlic
Soy sauce to taste
lettuce slices
cucumber slices
A tomato
3 red chilis

Steps :

1. Heat the fried oil

2. Chop garlics and saut them until theyre fragnat
3. Put the shrimps into the frying pan
4. Put the rice into frying pan
5. Put salt and soy sauce into the frying pan
6. Stir them until theyre cooked
7. Fry the egg then cut them into small pieces
8. Prepare the plate to put the fried rice
9. Design the edge of plate with lettuce
10. Put the fried rice in the middle of the plate
11. Pour the pieces of egg and fried onion in the top of the fried rice
12. Design the edge of the fried rice with tomato, cucumber and chili
13. The fried rice is ready to be served

How To Germinate Pertunia Seeds

Materials :
A pocket of petunia seeds
A seed tray or small pots
Loamy friable soil or potting mix
Water
Fertiliser

Steps :
1. Fill seed tray with soil
2. Incorporate feltiliser into soil
3. Scatter seeds on the surface of the soil
4. Cover the seeds with a 3 mm layer of soil. Press firmly
5. Spray water to moisten the seed bed
6. Place the seed traybiin warm, sunny position (at least 25 degrees C)
7. Keep soil moist by watering gently while seeds are germinating. Seeds will
germinate in approximately 10-14 days
