INFORMATION

The undersigned City Prosecutor of Tuguegarao City accuses Angelito Orfano y Mauanay
for the crime of THEFT, defined and penalized by Article 308 of the Revised Penal Code,
committed as follows:

That on September 20, 2017, in the City of Tuguegarao, Province of Cagayan, and within
the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the said accused, with intent to gain, did then and there
willfully, unlawfully, and feloniously take, steal and carry away the following personal properties
belonging to one, Jefferson Taberto, to wit: Angelito Orfano y Mauanay, without the latter's
consent and against his will, with a total value of P45,000.00 to the damage and prejudice of the
said owner in the cited amount.
