 TRANSPORTATION, HOTEL & MEAL INFORMATION

1- Transportation from Nice

> AMADEUS has negotiated a special car rental rate with AVIS and EUROPCAR at Nice Airport.
The daily rate for an economy car (Group Cat A), including insurance and limited mileage is
approximately 40 . The rate does not include petrol. We can make your car booking if required.

> The cost of a taxi from Nice Airport to AMADEUS, Sophia-Antipolis is approximately 50 one
way. (This price can vary depending on late evenings or week-ends)

> The bus number 230 goes from Nice airport to Amadeus for 1,50 one way.
Please find the schedule available on the Conseil General Alpes-Maritimes site.
You need to stop at the Eganaude bus stop. Buses only run Monday to Friday.

2- Hotel Accommodation

AMADEUS has negotiated a special nightly room rate with the hotels you will find next pages.
We can make your hotel arrangements if required.

An international credit card is necessary for both your car and hotel reservation requests.

Students are responsible for settling all hotel accounts and accommodation expenses
prior to their departure along with their own car rental expenses

3- Meals

Amadeus proposes two different locations for your meals:

'Bon sens cafeteria

The AMADEUS cafeteria is open Monday to Friday for breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks.
Breakfast starts at 8am: hot beverages, pastries, fresh fruits and orange juice, yogurts are
served each morning. Prices ranging from 3 to 4 (admission fee not applicable).
At lunchtime: a new modern concept proposing salads, soups, a large choice of sandwiches,
different hot meals everyday (including freshly cooked dishes in a wok and pasta).
An admission fee of 4.78 included VAT will be added.
Self-service restaurant
At lunchtime a variety of hot and cold meals are available with an offering of traditional French
cuisine with a salad bar, a fish dish every day, grilled meat with French fries, a vegetarian option,
soups and morePrices ranging from 1.60 to 3.80 . To this, an admission fee of 4.78
included VAT will be added.
Students are responsible for all meal costs in the cafeteria.
