In the digital age the boundary between being private and being public is shifting, as people
increasingly live their lives on the Internet and broadband,privacy is a matter to take into account.
Environmental Sustainability
Business sustainability consists of the optimum use of all the organizations assets (capacities and
resources) in order to meet the demands and expectations of its parties, respecting the interests of
the environment (for example: saving energy, developing green products, and retaining and
motivating employees, all of which help companies capture value through growth and return on
capital). In recent years there has been a global shift towards more environmentally sustainable
ways of working, as the awareness of the damages caused to our planet is increasing.

Many countries worldwide have made significant progress towards gender equality in recent
decades, particularly in education and female workforce participation; however, the gender gap in
our society is still present in terms of salary,career opportunities, assistance during maternity,etc.
Achieving gender equality isn't just a moral issue: it makes economic sense.
