By using the Electrostatic

Precipitator Principle

The fan blower first draws in contaminated air through a washable pre-filter, which traps
larger particles.

Smaller particles as small as 0.01 microns passes through a strong electrical field (ionizing
section) where the particles receive an electrical charge.

The charged particles then pass into a collector plate section made up of a series of
collecting plates equally spaced 7mm apart.

Each alternate plate is charged with the same polarity as the particles, which repel, while
the interleaving plates are grounded, which attract and collect the contaminants.

KING SERIES (ESP) Air Cleaners trap both wet and dry particulates. The particulates are
held in these plates until they are washed away.

Patented Control Panel Cooling System The DC High voltage power supply Building Management System (BMS) Connection

The cooling system (optional) helps to disperse
heat built up due to long hours of operation that
causes overheating on the electronic
components. In an open air installation, the
cooling fan helps to reduce dust particle built up
inside the control panel.
The High DC voltage power supply unit has
a micro-processor control that provides a
solid state and self -regulating power
supply which maintains peak efficiency. All
electrical output has met the CE electrical
safety usage requirements.
The Electrostatic Precipitator has the capability to be
interfaced with the building management system through a
built in BMS interface in each control panel which comes as
an (optional) item for ready connection with ON or FAULT
dry contact. The BMS system will come with a short circuit
protection overloading prevention control as well as auto start
or manual function.

Purification comparison table based on 1st stage and 2nd stage purification process:

With 2 stages of the purification process, in case one of

the systems breakdown, there is a backup system for
operation.

Furthermore, 2 Stages of the purification process is more

effective in the event of heavy pollution whereby the 1st
stage of purification is unable to provide the sufficient
efficiency.

When air velocity stated at 3m/s, the air passing through

the electronic cell would have an efficiency of 95%.

When air velocity stated at 4.5m/s, the air passing

through the electronic cell would have an efficiency of
92%.

UV Tubes

The Electrostatic Precipitator has the capability to be interfaced

with the buildings management system through a built in BMS
interface in each control panel which comes as an optional item for a
ready connection with an ON or FAULT dry contact. The BMS
system will comes with a short circuit protection overloading
prevention control as well as an auto start or manual function.

The High DC voltage power supply unit has a micro-processor

control that provides a solid state and a self -regulating power
supply which maintains peak efficiency. All electrical output has
met the CE electrical safety usage requirements.

Heavy duty electronic cell charge with 15KV DC (ionizer) and

for a fullest high voltage transfer. All high voltage insulators are
made of high quality porcelain material for better performance.

The Oil Collection Tray is put in place to get ready for excessive
