CAREER SUMMARY
Worked as a QA/QC Welding/Piping/Structural inspector with nearly 10 years of hands-on experience in
Fabrication, Erection, inspection, Material Receiving, Pre-Commissioning In various Oil and Gas Project. Also,
I have a strong sense of Safety, Quality, Planning and controlling particularly in the fields of Piping, Tanks, Boiler,
Pipeline, Steel Structure Fabrication and Erection Works in a well conversant of International Code and
Standards practices.

SCOPE OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

(As a QAQC INSPECTOR WELDING, PIPING, STRUCTURAL, and MATERIAL-RECEIVER)
Understanding and working with knowledge of the company quality control program, company
standards, procedures and codes.
To ensure that activities are performed as per applicable Standard Code and Procedures, QCP's, ITP's,
Project Specifications and Drawings.
Check latest revision of Spool/isometric/P&ID/Module Structure Drawings/Engineering Design Change
in Shop and Field Fabrication.
Review and comment on Procurement, Construction and Commissioning related QA/QC documents
such as Quality Control Procedures/ ITPs I WPS I PQRs I TQs
Co-ordinate with various departments, such as Construction, QC for both Sub-Contractor and Client.
Review Test Pack Preparation such as flow Chart for test pack is attached, denoting the responsible
agencies for tracking and confirmation of the various inspection requirements, test Procedure and test
Diagram are attached (approved), related P&ID and Isometric Drawing listing or Index available for
applicable drawings, pre-test Punch list Form Review QA/QC Documentation of the system should be
tested not limited to the following:- Welding inspection summary sheet, Weld Map, NDE Record/s, As
Built Drawing/s (if applicable), Isolation valve certificates (test should be performed prior to valve
installation, Flange joint inspection report, Internal Cleanliness/Flushing report, Maintenance and
control of the Punch list database.
Material Receiving and Inspection of Piping Components, Module Structures Components and
Mechanical Equipment. To monitor that handling of materials comply with QA/QC requirements
regarding documentation filling, material and contra traceability, and materials reception, storage
and preservation.
Monitor the fabrication and testing activities at the vendor/suppliers works and highlight any issues to
my immediate superior in a timely manner.
