Project Coordinator

Functional expertise in Project planning, Resource deployment and Team management and
credential of successfully completing 3G,4G projects for a Nokia (Airtel-Node B) Huawei and
NodeB BTS3900. RTN 905 and RTN950 installation commissioning FOR TELENOR PROJECT. IBS
project for RJIL 4G project. RBS6900 integration. NEC paso link & Ipaso link installation &

1. Visit site for RFI survey and Prepare MRF for Node B Material Received deploy team for installation and
plan.
o Maintain regular contacts with the customer and sub-contractors to insuring delivery of services as per
project schedule.
o Provide project turn-around expertise at the customer site with emphasis on regaining customer
confidence.
o Developed project plans and assumed responsibility for project profit and loss.
o Managed cost budget to allocate overall cost estimate to individual tasks.
o Identify and manage project issues and manage project risk
o Establish and manage cost, schedule and performance of the project
o Maintain project status reports, managed than team and resolved day-to-day issues
o Reporting to top management for the status update on daily basis.

o Preparation of MRF (Material Requisition form).
o Upload MS 16 & 17 on System.
 2.Integration after Installation taking AT plan from O&M.
o Coordinate & Supervision with Vendor Company team for Installation, Commissioning, Integrations ATP and
Troubleshooting of BTS with quality standard.
o Integration of New Sites and Troubleshooting for its Internal and External alarms.
o Handover the site to Maintenance Department with maintaining the entire documentary requirements
related to Acceptance & WCC (AT).
o Checking the material delivered to the site.

PROJECT ENGINEER

o Installation, Commissioning and Integration of NOKIA BTS (Flexi, NodeB, MR,EnodeB ) & Equipments.
(Indoor and Outdoor).
o Installation, Commissioning and Integration of 4G equipment FSMF,FXED, .
o Survey of 4G site new site.

o Completely responsible for Integration, Installation and Testing of BTS & Microwave sites.
o Ceragon IP-20,IP-10 and nokia flexi hybrid installation and commission for airtel.
o Installation and commission of IP-20N & G ,IP-10.
o To make service on IP-20.
o Configure of IP-20. Installation, Commissioning, and Alignment of Microwave antenna.
o Swapping of BTS ( Flexi to MR).
o Commissioning of NEC Microwave links.
o Working on dual band frequency (900 MHz and 1800 MHz).
o Complete survey for new site of NOKIA MR BTS,NOKIA NODE B & FLEXI BTS.
o End-to-End E1 routing using RRI,E1T1, FIU,.FIFA,FIPA.
o Knowledge in Battery bank, Delta, Eltek, power plant Trouble free services.
o Worked on Telecom software like NOKIA BTS MANAGER, METRO HUB MANGER, Flexi EDGE BTS Manager

o Updating Traffic Manager Location according to the BSC configuration.
o Rectify the faults in BTS and Microwave as soon as possible.
o TRx and Sector addition
o Complete alignment of links 0.3, 0.6, 1.2, 1.8 and 2.4. Microwave antenna
o Expansion of BTS from 2,2,2 configuration to 3,3,3 or 4,4,4 or 6,6,6 configuration.
o Checking receiving level in alignment.
o o Power ON the BTS and check the status of all TRX.
o Checking the power connection.
o Operation and Maintenance of transmission equipments like RRI card, FIU, ODU etc.
o To make service on ip20.
o Making the Hardware Configuration according to the actual hardware
o ODU ( microwave) Link between two sites.
o Responsible for defining traffic at BTS end.
o Defining E1 T1 and RRI card in nokia BTS.
o Punching E1 cable and making the site go on air.
o Knowledge in Battery bank, Delta, Eltek, power plant Trouble free services.
o Checking the earthing of the Equipment.
o Survey of new side and sector additions.

FAULT MANAGEMENT/BSS

o Fault Identification and rectification.

o Operation &Maintenance Total network in my location.
o Resolving customer complain.
o Commissioning and fault finding of Transmission equipments like FXC RRI, E1T1, and FIU19.
 o Microwave Link alignment 0.3 to 1.8 both SDH and PDH, link parameter testing, link of site and main
site,
o External alarms testing and forwarding.
o Measure site VSWR faultfinding and Clear VSWR Alarm.
o Responsible for bringing new site and Follow up with project team.
o Responsible for all link (SDH & PDH) and BSC control, Traffic Shifting.
o Swap and New Expansion of GSM 1800/900 Full proof Planning, New Site installation.
o Commissioning and fault finding For Nokia BTs( Ultra, , and Flexi) BSC 3i.

Responsibilities AS BSS/RAN

o Handling 2G & 3G alarms, creating Trouble ticket (TT) & Escalation for Each Site/Sector Down.
o Troubleshooting & rectification of Network Related issues.
o Providing Support to O&M team for Network stability.
o Preparing cell outage report (COR) of all circles including 3G.
o Handling all LAN problems, OSS issues, TOOL issues.
o Rectifying all Problems by Coordinating with Field Engineer.
o Coordinating With The Colleagues And Field Engineer For Project Execution and for smooth running of
sites
o Keeping track records of site progress till completion.
o Interacting with field engineer for quality issues and updating tracker.
o To handle a project individually and executing it within SLA.
o Preparing daily progress report and submitting to manager for taking necessary actions.
o Work towards the IPM parameters.
o Send outage report to PM team.
o Health checkup of BSC.
o 24*7 support to field engineer regarding BSC and BTS related issue .
o Rectifying of quality degraded alarm on TRX
o Resolve gprs related issue on BTS and WBTS .
o Regular monitoring of Block-TRX and make them working from BSC end also with the help of RF, field
engineers.

Quality Control / Testing

o RFI survey given by customer

o To submit the filled RFEI survey checklist on the same day to the Project Coordinator.
o Installation of Samsung equipment BTS with fiber/feeder and Antenna Equipments along with commissioning
With support of technician teams or Vendors.
o Document filling & preparation as required for AT clearance.
o AT clearance with Operator
o Practicing quality standards with key emphasis on improving quality.
