On this time and date, Maria Cristina Labastida y Domdom, 41 years old, single,
resident of Brgy. Lupi, Prieto Diaz, Sorsogon came to this office and requested to put into
records that at about 6:00 oclock in the evening of this date, September 6, 2017, at Brgy
Lupi, Prieto Diaz particularly in front of their house at Brgy Lupi, Prieto Diaz, while the
herein complainant was having conversation with Ms. Lani Domdom y Donor, 38 years
old, single, resident of same place when suddenly one Elvis Guazil Domdom, Jr. 36 years
old, married, resident of same barangay, arrived and without apparent reason approached
her and delivered two (2) stab blows directed to Maria Cristina Labastida but she
managed to evade the said stab blows. Thereafter, suspect left the place. For further
investigation.
