Insure Microscan's Workmanship Manual (04-000010) has been reviewed and this First Article complies with relevant.
Under no circumstances can a first article package be submitted with any missing or non-conforming attributes without
written approval from Microscan's Supplier Quality Engineer. This approval must be attached to the package.

I acknowledge that I have read and adhered to Microscan's First Article Procedure and the above mention part is fully compliant to
the drawing and the appropriate process documentation is attached.
