JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF
TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, SONIA GADITANO and LUZVE BOLITO CORDOVA , both Filipinos, of

legal ages, both married and both residents of Brgy. 9, Boao, Catbalogan City,
Samar, having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and
state THAT:

1. We personally know the person of YOLANDA JABONERO VARONA, she

being our friend and long-time neighbor;

2. In the Baptismal Certificate issued by St. Bartholomew Parish in

Catbalogan City, Samar, the last name of YOLANDA was erroneously
entered and spelled as BARONA;

3. The true and correct spelling of her last name is VARONA;

4. We know for a fact that the name YOLANDA JABONERO BARONA

appearing in the Baptismal Certificate issued by St. Bartholomew Parish in
Catbalogan City, Samar and YOLANDA JABONERO VARONA refer to
one and the same person;

5. That we are not related by consanguinity or affinity to the said YOLANDA

JABONERO VARONA;

6. As such, we execute this Joint Affidavit to attest to the truth of the

foregoing facts and for any other legal purpose that this Affidavit may
serve.
