Answer:
Teaching used to be one of the most popular vocation professions, but it we have
seencan see a decrease in the number of young people who choose this occupation
in recently years. In my opinion, there are many reasons leadings to this situation,
besidesand, the government should do something to stimulate/encourage university
graduates to take part in teaching career.
Personally, I think three following factors results in fewer young people wanting
to become teachers. Firstly, teaching is more and more increasing the high rate of
unemployment the unemployment rate among people pursuing teaching has
increased significantly, which is a big fear of young people. The demanding in

example: moving expensive, food costs, cost of rent house. Finally, nowadays,

other interesting and potential jobs which give more opportunity to obtain a better

To promote encourage young people to choose teaching as their career, the
goverment can implement some following solutions. I believe that creating more
oppotunitiesy for people choosing teaching career can attract more people with to
follow this jobprofession. In according to, tThe goverment should hightlight the
priority policies of teachers such as: free tuition, retirement pension and a higher
salary. Moreover, the quality of education in pedagogy should be improved, which
makes learners feel more interested with in teaching occupation and creates
produce a professional teachers in the future.
 In conclusion, the rate of young people wanting to become teachers can continue
to increasing increase if the goverment do not implement privileges for teaching
career.
