ELEMENT SPECIFICATION

1 Substructure -

1A Piling Piling is under a seperate contract.


1B Work Below Lowest Floor Finishes Work below lowest floor finishes is under a seperate contract.

2 Superstructure

2A Frame
Vibrated reinforced concrete Grade 30 In column, suspended floor beam, roof beam and 150mm
thick parapet wall.
2B Upper Floor Vibrated reinforced concrete Grade 30 in 150mm and 175mm thick suspended floor beam.

2C Roof UGI Unilok clean colorbond thematech AZ150, G550' with Unilok clip.
150mm UPVC pipes
2D Stairs Vibrated reinforced concrete Grade 30 in staircase including 175mm landing slab, landing beam
and stringer beam.Fabric reinforcement to staircase and landing slab. Mild steel balustrade and
handrail. Stainless steel railing.
2E External Walls 115mm thick clay bricks.
'DML BOX LOUVERS' colour fixed on brick or concrete surface.
2F Windows & External Doors Waterproof plywood flush door panel, "Belian" door frame and Fire rated door panel.
Nippon 9000 gloss finish emulsion paint.
Aluminim work including all fixings.
Wrot hardwood window frame.
2G Internal Walls & Partitions 115mm and 230mm thick clay brick.
13mm thick UCO Vistaboard fixed on 92mm wide x 52mm BMT steel stud.

2H Internals Doors Waterproof plywood flush door panel, "Belian" door frame and Fire rated
door panel.
Nippon 9000 gloss finish emulsion paint.

3 Finishes

3A Internal Wall Finishes 20mm thick cement and san plaster to brick or concrete surface.
"Nippon" emulsion paint.
200mm x 200mm ceramic tiles.

3B Internal Floor Finishes 25mm thick cement and sand on floor.


"Nitoflor Hardtop" non-metallic floor hardener with cure of one coat "Concure P".
Sika Top Seal 107' waterproofing membrane.
Sika Lastic 450' waterproofing system.

3C Internal Ceiling Finishes 10mm thick Brady's and approved gypsum fibrous plaster ceiling.
Nippon Matex" emulsion paint.

3D External Finishes 13mm thick cement and sand plaster to concrete surface.
20mm thick cement and sand plaster to brick or concrete surface.
"Nippon Weatherbond" weather resistant paint.
