BRAC BANK LIMITED

BRAC bank is one of the fasted growing banks of our country. The BRAC BANK LIMITED has
been started its banking business since 2002 through authorization from Bangladesh Bank. Now
it has 166 branches of bank and 350 ATM booth,59 SME sales and service centre and 458 SME
unit offices , 32 cash deposit machines, 1560 POS terminals , 28 utility service bill payment
booths and also 1800 remittance delivery points across all over the country. Now BRAC Bank
is doing its banking business with good reputation. BRAC banks total customer touch point is
4214 and its serving now 978837 customers all over the country. Besides these recently BRAC
bank has started its banking activities across the country

goal oriented, enthusiastic and experienced individuals for the following position.

Job description:
Job Title: Customer Service Officer (CSO)

Exempt/Non exempt: N/A

Recommended Salary Grade: Negotiable

Eeoc: Junior officer

Employment Type: Full Time Employment

Reports to: Zonal Manager

Location: Chittagong

Job summary
The position is responsible for servicing to the potential clients and maintaining relationship to
the existing and new client of the Bank. This job is fully target oriented and the officers stability
band promotion in the bank is completely depending on his/her target achievement.

Supervisory Responsibilities (Direct or Indirect):


None
Job Responsibilities/Requirements:

Able to provide excellent customer service.


Help the new client to open the bank account for collecting their loan amount.
Receive and process cash and cheque for transaction.
Ensure compliance in all transaction.
Visit the potential enterprises whose are interested for bank loan.
Need to give assurance to the clients for feeling comfortable.

Job specification:
Educational requirement:

Minimum graduate in any discipline in commerce or Business studies background with strong
academic records from any recognized university.

Related Work Experience:

Freshers can apply but experience in the related field of any bank/financial institute give the priority.

Others requirement:

Age must be 30 years.


Familiar with Microsoft office program and Accounting software (ERP).
Must be fluent in both Bengali and English communication.
Discipline, Energetic, Diligent, Initiative and ability to perform in all situations.
Good interpersonal skill, strong analytical skill, independent working to perform all the
relevant duties as well as banking activities capabilities.
Self motivated and self starter, capable to influence others and gaining commitment
supervision skill, team player and high level of professional integrity would be required.

Recommended Salary Grade: Negotiable and based on Banks corporate hierarchy.

Job summary
This is a senior management position requiring the candidate to have strong leadership skills
and to guide educate and lead the team members. Candidate should have a strategic mind set
and prudence to give solution on multinational financial matters with an aptitude of
innovativeness to produce excellent financial reporting.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
The candidate to have strong leadership skills and to guide educates and lead the team
members under his/her supervision.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Ability to analyze financials of the bank to give required guidance for optimization of
profitability.
Reinforcement of balance sheet by optimizing the capital base in line with Basel and

Educational requirement:

A recognized professional degree i,e FCA, FCMA, CFA, MBA in Finance/Accounting.

Related Work Experience:

The candidate should have at least 15 years experience in the financial sector.

Age limit not exceeding 55 years.

Job summary
Support the overall factory operations as per organizational policy and standard. Administer the
production managers for smooth execution of apparels production at factory as per the buyers'
specifications. Monitor the quality of the garments and providing necessary guidelines to the
QA managers to ensure quality as per buyers' product specifications. Ensure the production
plans to optimize the production output by best utilization of manning, machine and raw
materials and monitor to ensure order delivery with timely execution till the final stage of
shipment. Oversee optimum productivity by enhancing factory capacity in accordance with the
IE requirements. Responsible for general administration & facility development for smooth
plant operations.

Establish control over compliance in connection with HR, Admin, Environment & SCM practices
in order to meet buyer audit requirement.
Ensure all Service Level Agreement (SLA) s and SOPs for factory operations are delivered
according to AKIJ standard and buyer requirements.

Related Work Experience:

The applicants should have 2 years experience in the operational sector.
