Initial Observation Plan

Student Name: Taylor Roncali Date: September 21st, 2017

The following observation session took place with Student A and I.T.
Becca.

In the morning when Student A had arrived, he was allowed to get

settled in and free play. He chose to go into room eight and explored
the castles, farms, as well as the little people and animal characters.
Student A engaged during his free play by holding up the little

Once Student A completed the task, he was presented with a
- reinforcement. During the session, Student As reinforcement was
the Disney movie Frozen.

The final program task that I observed during the session was the
task of completing a three-piece puzzle. Student A was presented
the puzzle with the pieces removed and given a minute to examine.
Since he did not start to complete the puzzle alone, some prompts
were implemented. The first prompt presented was a gesture of the
puzzle piece, then a hand over hand prompt till the puzzle was
complete. Once he completed the puzzle, reinforcements were
presented. Student A was not as interested in the puzzle as he was in
the songs.
