Facts:
John Robert Maagad A.K.A. Commander Putok, is a notorious and most
wanted NPA Commander of all time. He is responsible for the killing of 100
Lumads, the killing of 50 special forces of the PNP, and the Bombing of
Hospitals in Southern Mindanao.
Commander Putok disappeared sometime in 2011 with several Warrants of
Arrest on his tail.
On September 13, 2017, during a checkpoint conducted by the Mabolo
Police, a 1972, modified Toyota Celica Coupe passed by. The person inside
the car (Commander) appeared to cooperate and opened his windows.

Assault Rifle and the pistol is also an unlicensed, Government
issued American Colt. Moreover, the police also discovered, upon
running their data base, that the person was THE Commander.
The Commander was informed of his constitutional rights and was taken
into custody.

The Police conducted a visual search and noticed a questionable thing inside
the car. The thing appeared to be approximately 35 inches in length,
wrapped in a translucent plastic material.

When asked by the police about the thing, Commander Putok answered
while holding the thing, that it was a gift --- a wooden replica of a rifle used
for Civil military training.

Out of suspicion that it was a highpowered rifle, the police invited the
commander to unwrap the material. When it was unwrapped, it was
discovered that the material was a rifle. The commander was then invited to
produce legal papers but failed to do so.

He was then invited to step out of the car for further questioning. The
commander cooperated. As the commander got out of the car, a .45 cal
pistol accidentally fell on the ground, and unintentionally fired to the steel
plate of the police mobile and the bullet ricocheted to the checkpoint sign.

The police got the .45 cal.

The Commander was apprehended.
