Lile-Trac is a system engineered to meet complex as well as

simple lighting needs- Firsl, there is the basic single circuit
syslem oftering a conlinuous one circuit power source. By
adding an accessory wireway, three addilional circuits may be
added to the syslem, increasing switching tlexibilly and elec_
trical load carrying capacity of any single run ol itac'
Maximum flexibility is available in lhe unique double circuit
system offering a continuous two circuit power source. The two
circuil trac is ideniical in appearance and dimensions to the
single circuit lrac.
This systemwithin a syslem can also be coupledwithlhe acces-
sory wireway for three additional circuits, making a total ol 5

The basic carrying system for the Trac-Lites consists of lengths of
exlruded aluminum with satin clear anodized finish containing an
equivalent length of No. 12 soljd copper conductors enclosed jn a rigid
vinyl jnsulator forrning a continuous electrified trac. These tracs, avail-
able in 4'and B'modular lengths, are assembled by means oI locking
couplers to prevent separatjon. The cross section of lhe trac is 1%,,
wide (the width of a 2 x beam), only rZ6,,thick.
The trac sections may be: recessed - pendant mounted or mounted
directly to the ceiling, exposed beams, etc.-on spacers or-on acces-
sory wjreway. Sections may be used jndividually or in coniinuous
runs. End sections may be cut 10 tength on the_Lob.

The trac sections of the Lite-Trac syslem are available
in two basic types:4'and 8'slarler sections and 8'ioiner
sections. The slarter seclions are complete individual
lracs and may be used lor lhat purpose but musl also -t-
be used when starting a long run because they include
the necessary hardware to begin and end a run of trac.

The ioiner seclions conlinue the run as long as required*
and include the necessary ioining hardware. For
example: il you desire to make a straight 20'run of trac
you would require one 4'starler trac seclion and two 8' {
ioiner track sections.

ductors, grounds the Trac-Lite lo the
trac and locks il in a maintained posi-
tion. As part ot lhe adaptor, an inlegral o
q amp "T" rated switch is p!'ovided.
Unique wiping action of contacts guards
against arcing.
The tapered cylindrieal shape, serrated
